"Front desk staff was lack luster. We were about an hour early for the 3pm check in and they were text book about the 3pm rule. We mentioned that on occasion, if the room was ready, we were allowed to check in. Another staff chimed in about signing up for a basic member application using a QR code for early check in. Good grief, we’ve been traveling, tired and that’s the least thing I felt like doing. After waiting and watching the staff figure things out, like magic, they allowed us to check in. In the past, the front desk staff were very kind and sincere but recently attitudes have changed. Although other staff greeting guests and staff in the Hanamiyabi lounge are very gracious."

"The property is very large and has everything that you could think of. We had a club lounge access and a club room on floor 12 with a balcony which had amazing views. The club room access was much more than we imagined. With traditional Japanese food of all kinds and even a candy floss making machine. Soft drinks were 24 hours a day. Only one thing let it down the club room furniture was worn and needed some TLC. Other than that top marks (even had a flight simulator!!!!). The Onsen is no clothes to be worn which I was not comfortable with but it was ok to go in the sauna with a towel on."

"The room was well-appointed. I had a balcony overlooking Tokyo Bay, and I was thrilled to step onto the terrace and enjoy the breezes from the Bay. The bathroom was fantastic and filled with things we might have forgotten like bath sponges and hairbrushes and other bits and bobs. I miss that courtesy in America -- I would have probably had to pay $10 for the hairbrush I took. The tub was deep and had sturdy handles to help me get out after a long day at Disney. My only "complaint" is the bed was a little hard. But I'm a back sleeper and it worked fine for me. The staff is amazing -- you so much as look like you are thinking about what to do, and they rush over, ready to help. It's going to be hard to go back to hotels in America where no one helps, the rooms are mid and everyone (in the US) expects a tip for nothing."

"Lovely hotel with great views of the Port. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and it was spotless. Rooms are serviced daily and please don't be like is and not touch the refreshments on the fridge. They are free "
