"If you are not a smoker , you can ask not to be placed on the 6th floor , the elevator waiting area still very stronger tobacco smell , lucky that the room is free from tobacco smell"

"The hotel was very fancy to me. Property was clean, rooms were spacious and the bathroom was clean. The amenities were amazing in the bathroom. Only problem in the room was the tv. Couldn’t stream apps such an Netflix and most channels were in Japanese. Restaurants were decent. And there is a 7-11 in the hotel that we used a lot. Staff were fairly helpful but we had issues getting recommendations for nearby restaurants from the concierge. There is a self laundry but you can only use 100 coins or phone payment apps. Not your physical credit card"

"It’s about 10min walk from the train station and a very good place for shopping. Although it is close to shops and restaurants, the hotel is in a quiet location. The breakfast was good. They opened up other side of the room when it gets crowded."

"A fabulous hotel with a great location. We used the Club floor facilities and they were excellent and also dined in 2 of the in-house restaurants and enjoyed them both. It was a very calm place to stay in a very hectic and energetic city. Our room looked out at the Tokyo tower which was spectacular especially at night and the nearby gardens offered a tranquil experience after battling the crowds in the city. It was also a short walk to the Hop on hop off bus which made it easy for us to get around and see the main attractions."
