Friendly staff made you feel welcome good clean room forgot to put that my brother and me are disabled,and it wasn't any problem putting us on ground floor apartment,nothing was to much to ask for anything,so polite aways sits hello and ask how you wear every time went in and out of the building.good parking very secure with barrier great 3 nights thank you from Mark &Barry

I regularly stay here for work. The staff are lovely, nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are amazing value, and always clean and fully working. I've had some very good sleeps :)

Property was clean and welcoming. Staff polite and helpful if you need anything.. 24 HR security manned desk ..Kettle was only thing had to fill from bathroom with a cup as no sink in kitchenette...and too large to go under the tap.

Seemed clean enough but was a bit of a dive. Noisy with fire doors banging. Parking to check in was difficult until got access to the parking thru the barrier, probably limited parking if you arrive late.

Took 45mins to check in in the stifling heat only to find our room didn't have any provisions whatsoever for the heat. No fan, no air con and to top it off, the fridge didn't work so we couldn't even cool our drinking water. Staff (Sri Lankan fella behind the desk) was about as much use as a pair of sunglasses on on bloke with 1 ear. Don't stay here. Be warned.
