"It’s a nice hotel. Clean. Near the airport and just a short drive from many local activities. The building is relatively new. The restaurant is basic and serviceable with very comfortable seating. It’s a pretty quiet place, which I liked. It’s just a couple of blocks away from the more active streets. Like with a lot of Egyptian construction there is a lack of attention to detail which is not a big deal, but something to note - chipped finishes, strange placement of the bathroom mirror, shower floor is not designed for proper draining. Don’t expect a western level of ‘luxury’ but I found it all perfectly lovely. The best part of this hotel is the staff. Also, like most Egyptian hospitality, the staff was kind, friendly, and attentive. As a woman traveling alone I found it very comforting. I’ve already booked my next stay."

"We had a really lovely stay at the Renaissance Cairo Mirage City Hotel. It was easy to get to, check-in was very straightforward, and the staff throughout our stay were extremely helpful and welcoming. The room itself was lovely and exactly what you would expect from a Renaissance hotel. The beds were very comfortable, everything was clean and well presented, and the bathroom was especially nice with an amazing shower and bath. The only very minor thing that would have been handy was having plug sockets on both sides of the bed, but this really didn’t affect our stay. The pool area was more than adequate and a lovely place to relax, gym was good as well! We also had food at the bar, which was very good. There was a slight issue with one of our meals, but I was very impressed with how quickly and professionally the waiters and manager dealt with it. They resolved everything straight away, and the way they handled it definitely left a very positive impression. The location is also great, particularly having the Marriott next door and easy access if you want to play golf or use the surrounding facilities. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay with excellent service. I would definitely recommend it."

"The hotel is a bit far from shopping centers and local stores, but it’s very close to the airport, which makes it convenient for travelers. The property is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The staff are professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The breakfast is good with a nice variety of options, and the hotel also has a pleasant swimming pool. Overall, I had a comfortable stay and would highly recommend this hotel, especially for those looking for a peaceful place near the airport."
