"Carpets are worn and dirty, lamp shade over my bed damaged, broken slate tiles in elevator floors, tears in wall picture, bathroom wall dirty, floor and floor trim in bathroom very poorly done, duct tape over elevator button on outside of elevator, hand print stains on box spring cover, overall upkeep neglected. Bedding comfortable. Outdoor patio shelter filthy with old supplies left in bar area, outdoor chairs upset neglected space overall. Reviews on breakfast buffet part of choice for this hotel only to find out not included in my booking and is $16.95 additional price. Overall should have gone to a new chain hotel. $150+ was way too much money for what turned out to be a run down property."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful, however, I didn't find it professional at all that they stood outside the main entrance smoking cigarettes. I don't mean one at a time, but 5 or 6 at a time. That in itself is almost enough for me not to return. I think the overall value is great. The room is large and the wifi and TV work great. The room was clean and the breakfast is included and was very good. It's no an upscale hotel, but for a brand aimed at being affordable but still nice, they hit the mark. I didn't have any complaints with the rates or the room, but the groups of employees smoking at the entrance would have made me switch hotels if I had another option at the time. That is a deal breaker after a long trip to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke. We all had to shower just to get the smell off. Other than that, it's a great deal."

"First night there was dirt and lots of black hair in one of the beds. I was very tired and had unpacked, so I just slept in the other bed. Next morning I saw the same in the sink. Also, the window shade didn’t come down all the way. The shower didn’t work right, but was good enough. Breakfast was adequate except the morning with the cheese omelets. They should have stuck to scrambled eggs. At the end, I got to go home a day early, but no refund, “special rate.” It looked like a newer hotel. "

"Did not get to enjoy my room cause they had a $100 fee that i missed cause it was in the small print and needed to be were the price of room is but anyway so i rented the room off after pay so i was broke when rented and i have so fsr lost my money cause i never stsyed in room to know if it was good "

"Always clean and comfortable furniture. The owners have always been responsive if I’ve had a concern. I will stay here again in the future when visiting family. "

"This home was so cozy and perfect for what we needed! It was in a great location, the rooms and beds were perfect, the bathrooms clean, and being pet friendly was a great bonus! Host was quick to respond and accommodate any issue! We will definitely be staying here again, already booked for our next trip! "
