"Lovely property- staff was exceptional, restaurant food was yummy. Rooms big, lots of storage!"

Therme which was included to the room price, is open till 20:30, at least that what was written, however I have tried to go at 19:30, and the door to Therme was closed.As they are claiming this is a four star hotel, they shall put more efforts for international customers."

We did not feel comfortable there, and room was relatively expensive. Therefore we drove back to the reception to ask for a room at the main hotel. In the reception they claimed that we had booked a room in the cottage. But no cottages were shown at booking by pictures or in writing, nor in our confirmation. "What can I say? Everything perfect - nothing to add. A highlight is definitely the spa area and also the salt water pools. Also, the dinner was the best dinner I have ever had in Germany."
