"Didn’t realise our first room was shared bathroom and wasn’t suitable with a young teenage girl called reception if they had a room with a private bathroom in which the lady kindly moved our room to accommodate that, no questions asked or additional fee, the lady on the desk was lovely and very helpful! "We had a pleasant 1 night stay. Check in was made effortless and welcoming by the young lady on reception (sorry I didn’t catch your name but it was Saturday 7th afternoon). We used the gym and pool which had been recently refurbished and were great. There seems to be other renovations taking place which the hotel could benefit from. Good value for money."
