129 Breakers - Prime Oceanfront Location
Enjoy the pool and ocean view from your comfortable and newly remodeled Breakers unit. The unit features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and a large flat screen TV in the living room. The condo is also furnished with a sleeper sofa for added sleeping accommodations.
The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, plenty of storage space for clothes and bags as well as a flat screen TV. The bedroom is closed off from the other rooms so that you or your little ones can sleep comfortably and quietly.
The remodeled bathroom is accessible through the hall and has a beautiful tile walk-in shower. The bathroom has been extended to allow for a full size vanity and a little more space.
As owners, we wanted vacationers to feel like they were at home and to enjoy the luxuries that you do in your own home.
You can keep up on your laundry with your full size washer and dryer located in the hallway of the unit.
If you do not feel like fixing a meal in your fully functional kitchen, walk only a minute or two to multiple restaurants of your choice at The Beach Market or Coligny Plaza. If you feel you need a little retail therapy or forgot some much needed essentials, The Beach Market and Coligny Plaza can take care of that for you with their magnitude of shops.
Hilton Head Island is truly a wonderful vacation spot for you and your family and we know you will create many memories to last you a lifetime. Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Check in is 4:00 pm and check out is 9:30 am. NO SMOKING IN UNIT OR ON THE DECK. Smoking is also NOT allowed in the common areas at the pool or the walkway to the beach. In accordance with the Condominium Association rules, NO PETS are allowed. MUST BE 25 YEARS OR OLDER to rent this unit.

Everything was as described in the listing. We were there August 5-12. The condo was clean and comfortable and very close to the beach. I definitely recommend and hope to visit again next summer!
We booked this for a quick trip. And we would do it again! Everything was perfect and the host was more than helpful. The atmosphere was A+ from the room, to the pool & the beach itself. The condo was in excellent shape, the dishwasher is a little finicky but nothing to complain about. We will be more than happy to stay here again, and probably will. Thank you for a perfect stay!
Great Stay in Hilton Head - Week of April 22-29. 2023
We enjoyed out stay in Hilton Head again. This was our 3rd time staying at this condo. Condo is very clean, has whatever you may need, comfortable bed, great water pressure in the shower. Nice ocean view, right next to Coligny Beach, shopping and restaurants/bars. We'll be back again.
Great location. Short walk to Coligny Plaza. Super clean condo. Perfect for two people. Comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. One of the best VRBO's we've every stayed at. Don't hesitate to book it - you'll be glad you did.
It was EXTREMELY CLEAN!! All of the amenities that you would ever need while on vacation!! The location is second to none!! Coligny Plaza is right across the street from property. We parked the car on Thursday night and didn’t get back in it until Monday morning, when we left for home. We’d recommend trying The Big Bamboo and Fujiyama restaurants!!
This was our second stay at Breakers but first time in this unit. The unit was perfect for 2 people. Everything and more listed was as stated. Property owner was easy to reach when we arrived early and was very accommodating. Would recommend this unit without hesitation.
Very easy to locate this property, the home was extremely clean and very comfortable. Elevators have not yet been installed at The Breakers so carrying supplies & luggage up and down the steps was a chore but manageable.
Condo was as advertised. Very clean and had everything we needed to get started. The only downfall was the beach. It is right next to a public entrance and was beyond crowded. Other than that it was nice.
Property was completely as advertised .... no surprises (which is nice!). Location was outstanding with perfect and easy access to the beach, shops, grocery and restaurants. All within easy walking distance.
Our hosts were outstanding and easy to get in touch with if we needed them. Parking was plentiful and the property was well looked after from the guard house located on entry.
A very good option for 2-3 people (4 if you have little ones). Small space (as advertised), but if the goal is to be outside and take advantage of all the island offers then its plenty big! Enjoy.
My wife and I just returned today from a very nice stay there. Condo is very clean and updated throughout. Pool was nice in the afternoon after spending some time at the beach. Everything is close by, which worked well for us since we didn't rent a car. Was concerned prior to going about Uber/Lyft availability but had no problems finding one when needed.
Kate (owner) could not have been more pleasant to work with. She was very quick to reply to our questions and just was great.
Highly recommend and hope we're able to make a return trip in the future.
Rented at The Breakers for the first time. The owners, Kate, was awesome. She communicated well throughout. Cannot say enough about the cleaner. We took a chance to get in at noon and she was still there. She finished about 30 minutes later. When we went in you could tell the place was clean. It smelled really good and everything looked good. This place is perfect for a couple or a small family. The pool area needs some work and the pool itself was questionable the first couple of days but it got better after that. That area could be cleaner but that has nothing to do with the condo owners and their unit. It was everything we hoped it would be. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
Very nice. The pool was just a short distance from our condo. No rowdy crowds or noise. Peaceful and relaxing atmosphere was good for the soul. Couldn’t have been more satisfied with the experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 129 Breakers. We were so close to the beach, it was incredibly spoiling for future beach trips! Tons of walkable restaurants/bars and it was great to have access to a pool.
We had never vacationed in this part of the country, but have always wanted to. A friend who works with the owner of this condo recommended it to us and it was perfect. Clean, fully stocked kitchen with all new appliances. Beach front, heated pool and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Also close enough for day trips to Savannah Georgia and Charleston, SC. Highly recommend!
The property was everything as advertised. A slight hicup at checkin but after a call to Kate everything was taken care of. You could'nt ask for a better location being on the beach and a very short walk to everything the Coligny plaza has to offer. I especialy liked the mat to the beach so you had very little soft sand to walk in. I would highly recommend this property and I am sure to stay there again.
We have stayed in this development numerous times, but this was the first time in this particular unit. The unit was nicely appointed and well kept. The owner was very helpful, responsive and prompt. The location is excellent. The fact that they finally got an elevator is a great addition, particularly when you are staying on higher floors, which this unit was not.
This property was convenient to everything. The unit, which has been recently remodeled, was clean and well maintained. Nice property with pool and right on the beach. Would absolutely stay here again.
The property was very nice and clean. The location was great, as it is in walking distance to shopping and restaurants right across the street. The pool and beach access was fairly convenient. I liked that there were always attendants in the parking lot and they were very helpful! The unit itself was a good bit smaller than it looks in the pictures. You could barely even fit your suitcase in the bedroom because it was so small. My teenage daughters slept on the pull out sofa and they pretty much took over the living room area with all of their “stuff”. It would probably be much more comfortable for just 2 adults and not a whole family. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!
