Luxury remodeled 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Villa just steps from the Beach with a large double sized deck for outside seating, and beautiful views of sunrises and the Atlantic Ocean. Located in one of the best Ocean Front Resorts on Hilton Head with direct beach access. This beautiful villa has been remodeled with travertine flooring, granite countertops, luxury wood cabinets, and an oversized kitchen with seating for six at the table. Newer stainless-steel appliances. Open floor plan with kitchen view to living room and beautiful travertine tile throughout. Remodeled tiled baths and a walk-in shower in the master.

Hilton Head Beach and Tennis offers the largest pool on Hilton Head overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. There are 8 Tennis Courts and 4 Pickleball Courts for guest enjoyment. The resort has a playground, basketball courts, picnic areas with charcoal grills, and bike rentals for family fun!! There are 2 restaurants on site for easy food, and some of the best seafood restaurants with incredible sunsets are an easy drive from the resort.

Admiral Row guests have full access to 2 pools in the resort, tennis courts and pickle ball courts.
The elevator and laundry room are located across the hall from the villa
There is a playground, basketball court, volley ball on the beach and bike rentals at the resort.
Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort is located directly on the beach and close to swimming, golf, tennis and bike riding.
Some of the best water front restaurants such as Hudson’s Dockside and Fish Camp are a short car ride away.

Hilton Head offers 60+ miles of bike and walking paths. You can ride your bike to just about anywhere on the island. including the beach.

Hilton Head Island has 100+ miles of biking and hiking trails to get around the island. There is the Breeze bus for public transportation and shopping and restaurants are an easy drive with plenty of public parking on the island. During the Summer there is a free island trolly. Trolly stop is in front of the resort.

Plates, cups, bowls, pots, and pans are provided during your stay. Please note that chopsticks and cooking basics like oil, salt, and pepper aren’t included in the reservation.

Beautiful villa!

This beautiful and spacious villa was so clean and wonderfully decorated. We loved our stay here. We have gorgeous sunrise pictures from the balcony. There were 4 beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie board. This is a very nice complex to stay at. We even extended our stay at the HH Beach and Tennis Resort. We would love to come back and stay at this same villa!❤️

Nice facility!

Condo was great. My only complaint is that the second bedroom is a little tight for 2 adults but would be perfect for kids. Kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes, pots and pans. It was nice to have beach chairs we could use.

Great Beach Vacation

We enjoyed the view of the beach from the double balcony. The property was clean and as advertised. The kitchen and bathrooms have been updated and we had everything we needed for a great beach vacation. I liked that the light switches were labeled so we didn’t need to guess which switch turned on which light. We’d happily stay here again if we returned to Hilton Head.

Wonderful Experience

This was our favorite rental! The location is ideal and the closest route to the beach. The furnishings are comfortable and relaxed. It feels very spacious and there is plenty of storage. The kitchen is modern and updated. I love the text letting us know the unit was ready. The entire condo was very clean without the overwhelming smell of chemicals, which was most appreciated. This is also the first time that hand soap was available at each sink and tissues were provided. We hope to be able to stay here again.

Family Beach Week

We loved our beach week at this property! The check-in process was super easy and the rental was thoroughly cleaned when we arrived. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we need. The porch is huge and we loved sitting out there with our coffee before the kids woke up, just listening to the waves crash. The location was a huge selling point for us, being right on the beach was key with two kids to take up and down during the day. The only small drawback for us was the fact that there is no streaming option in the main room. Not a deal breaker or anything, but because it rained a lot we would have loved to have that as an option. Overall, we loved our stay here and would come back!

Vacation 2024

. No smart TV even though they said it was. No washer and dryer. Ants all over parking lot. If you stood in lot for long your feet are covered in ants. No luggage carts. No access for visitors unless they purchase day pass. Good pickleball community.

Fantastic space and view

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at this property over the Christmas holiday 2021. This property was excellent. The view of the beach and ocean from this top floor double balcony was incredible - you could see the ocean from inside the kitchen and living room as well (which was very nice since it was a little cooler in December for sitting on a balcony). Everything in the condo felt very new and clean. The Master bed was very comfortable - we personally have a memory foam bed and it felt like we were sleeping on a similar bed so it was a nice sleep during our vacation. The decor and finishings were lovely. We have stayed in this complex one time prior but this was our first stay in this condo and on Admirals Row - we would absolutely return to this property.

Great Sunny Beach Get Away

We have a very bus family, of parents that work tirelessly, and kids in many activities. The ease of access to the beach, pool, bike rentals, tennis, food and shopping was wonderful. Our condo had a kitchen which made quick meals easily accessible and the host even had beach chairs and an umbrella for us to use. Any questions we had were answered very promptly. A great get away for dad, mom and kids. Thank you!!!

Great beach stay

We truly enjoyed our stay. Great views of the beach, quiet unit, which felt very safe and secure. We also enjoyed the unit already having several beach chairs, and accessories. Unit was very clean, and quick walk to beach from boardwalk. We will definitely book this unit again, and truly enjoyed everything.

Where do i begin ?

This property exceeded all of our expectations !! It was larger than it appeared in the pictures, which was a wonderful surprise! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals everyday, and we ate them out on that beautiful balcony while watching the ocean. The View was amazing and the walk to the beach was just a couple minutes down the private Boardwalk...we can't wait to return !! toto as . and by.
