About this property

Amazing ocean view villa Bikes included

  • Enjoy Amazing ocean and beach views from your balcony. This is the 3rd unit from the ocean on the 3rd floor and honestly the view beats the direct oceanfront views because of the panoramic effect. Sea Side Villas is minutes away from the very popular Coligny Beach Park area where you can enjoy the many restaurants and shops. The famous Tiki Hut beach bar is also just steps away from Sea Side Villas.

    The bedroom has a queen bed, closet and TV and the living area has a sleeper sofa. The living/kitchen area is open and the kitchen is fully stocked (pots, pans, cooking sheets, serving and eating utensils, dishware, glassware, tupperware, etc...) so you can enjoy meals without having to go out to eat all the time. A Keurig and a standard drip coffee maker are provided as well as a Ninja blender, a slow cooker, toaster and microwave. You are provided with fluffy bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths and beach towels as well as paper products.

    The elevator is located near the pool and we also have luggage carts for your use.


    Also provided for your convenience are 4 beach chairs, rolling and bag cooler, boogie boards and two adult beach cruiser bicycles. The bikes are located under the building on the ocean side. The beach shower/rinse off area is located under the building adjacent to the bike racks.
