Barefoot Bungalow! Ocean View Couple’s Retreat

Beautifully designed beach villa with a new king bed (2025) and stunning ocean views—just steps from the sand! This custom-decorated retreat features a gorgeous kitchen, full standing tile shower, and open-concept layout, perfect for couples. Located in the oceanfront Seaside complex, it’s within walking distance to the Tiki Hut, Coligny Plaza, dining, and entertainment, yet never feels overcrowded. Direct beach access on the property.


As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!

Seaside is a gated, ocean front complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach, walking distance to restaurants, shops and entertainment.

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Beach Retreat

The location of the Sea Side Villas is perfect for spending time at the beach. Both for great walks and also having the chairs and umbrella for spending the day there. Comfortable accommodations for a couple.

We loved the villa, it was exactly like the pictures online, very clean and decorated very nicely. The area is quiet, and close to the beach and dining. The Klines were very nice, even let uscheck in a little early. We will definitely be baack.

Great Get Away

When we get away, we look for places off but near the beaten path. This met the standard and beyond. Just down from Coligny and other favorites. We took advantage of local island businesses and dining. The unit is just right for two to relax around.

We loved the location of the condo! We were able to enjoy the beach just a few steps away. We wandered down the beach to the Tiki Hut for a fun night with great food and live music! Highly recommend for a quick and quiet getaway!

24th Anniversary Weekend

The property was great and close to everything. Upon arrival we were welcomed with a bottle of champagne, strawberries and dipping chocolate along with roses for my wife. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend.

Quite Space

Great location with a 5 min walk to city boardwalk. Quiet building with easy parking. Bike trails just across the street. Perfect space to rest your feet at night. Owners were very informative about things to do around town.

Under-rated!

The listing actually UNDER sells this property! Fantastic location with a view of the sea, very close to Coligny Plaza, cute beachy decor, and private beach access - what more could you want! My only complaint was that the bed could use an upgrade, but I still slept just fine. Highly recommend and hope to return again!

Great couple getaway

We enjoyed our stay! The weather did not co-operate, so we spent our time inside and enjoyed relaxation time! The property was just as the pictures show. Very nice!, clean, comfortable bed, and well maintained. It had everything you would need, and all the instructions were very concise. Kendall checked to make sure we had everything we needed and if there were any questions. It's a great place to stay! I would highly recommend!

HHI Vacation 23’

We had an amazing vacation. The property is directly on the beach, with easy access. The area was quite, clean and gated. We had a unit with a view of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. There are chairs and an umbrella included in the rental. As far as the unit is concerned it was very well stocked with all items needed for a week at the beach. The only thing I can say is there needs to be another mirror outside of the bathroom to assist with dressing, when someone is in the bathroom. Other than that book your stay now this is a gem of a property.
