Newly updated in 2024! This cozy condo features a brand-new king bed in the bedroom and a bar-free fold-out sleeper sofa in the living room for extra comfort. Enjoy a full standing tiled shower, all-new flooring throughout, and Roku Smart TVs in both rooms. Step out onto the balcony for a beautiful ocean view. Just steps from the beach, with bikes and beach chairs included, this is the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway!
As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!
Prime tourist area, walking distance to Coligny Plaza and the Tiki Hut. Biking distance to Sea Pines and The South Beach Marina. Biking is the most common form of transportation. We provide 2 and rentals are available if you need more, or you can bring your own (racks are in the front of the building). Between biking and walking, you really don't need to drive anywhere unless you want to explore other parts of the island.
Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Wonderful property and the location can't be beat. We enjoyed this property for the convenience of being near all activities, restaurants and shopping. Everything you need is right here. Appreciated the use of bikes for getting around without taking our car out and about. The property owner is very responsive and great to work with.

This condo was great for our family of four. There was just a very short walk to the beach - ocean. The beach is really a wonderful beach, with lots of room for bicycling and sun bathing, etc. The condo had all of the amenities that our family needed. The owners were really great to work with concerning their condo. There is plenty of parking spaces and even lots of covered parking spaces. There is a short walk to shops - restaurants. The people there are really nice and friendly! I would highly recommend this condo for anyone wanting a great vacation.

Location to the beach and Coligny plaza was great. You can walk to bars and restaurants if you wish. Having access to bikes was fun also. This condo would be great if you lived within driving distance and wanted to bring your own beach gear and cooler etc. there are no extras in this apt. No plastic wrap or ziploc baggies, umbrella, ice packs, etc. We did not attempt cooking dinner but there were a few pots and pans. We rented beach chairs and umbrella as the chairs available were rusty and not very comfortable. The ac doesn’t cool the bedroom if you sleep hot. There is a ceiling fan. Overall we had a good week!

We had everything we needed - beach chairs, bikes, etc. It was a walk across the parking lot to get to the beach. We enjoyed the pool and our balcony. Great communication with the property management! Very welcoming!
