NEWLY RENOVATED, Nicely Equipped, Steps to the Beach, Perfect for Families

THIS NEWLY RENOVATED CONDO (Jan 2023) has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and is fully equipped with everything you'll need for a beach vacation. The bright unit is one of the largest in the complex and is a 3 minute walk to the lovely, pristine Folly Field Beach. The beach is beautiful and tranquil, perfect for young families. The several miles of beach is also ideal for long walks or bike rides and has an incredible amount of wildlife. Dolphins are an everyday part of beach life at Folly Field Beach.

This recently renovated and updated second floor unit has all you'll need for a flawless beach vacation. The unit has a master bedroom with a private bath and the second bedroom has twin beds is off from the main living area with a bath close by. There is a large (65")flat screen TV in the main living area as well as a flat screen TV in the master bedroom and includes free wi-fi. The kitchen contains all new appliances and includes a dishwasher as well as washer and a dryer. The cabinets are fully stocked with all the dinnerware and flatware, utensils and pots or pans you'll need. The large outside deck, overlooking the lagoon (complete with wildlife too) has a table and chairs for outdoor seating and dining. On the large, private deck there is also a large outside storage locker that contains beach chairs, a beach umbrella (with sand anchor), cooler, beach wagon and float noodles to help make your stay even more enjoyable.

The complex has two pools, a Jacuzzi, several tennis & pickle ball courts, a racquetball court and a fitness room. This unit is located directly across from the larger pool, which can be seen from the kitchen window. And there is a gate steps away from the building for quick access to the beach. The unit is the larger type of unit in the complex, near 1,000 sq ft with two sliders out to the peaceful deck overlooking a private lagoon.

Folly Field Beach is amazing. It's impeccable and never seems to be crowded like some of the more touristy areas of the island. This spot is perfect for families with children, couples looking for a romantic get away or those seeking a golf outing. There are restaurants and mini-golf within walking distance and hundreds of restaurants within just a few minutes drive. Well known Coligney Beach and shopping area is a ten minute car ride or can easily be enjoyed with a bike ride. The island is very flat and bike riding is very enjoyable; there are miles and miles of bike trails.

My husband and our children thoroughly enjoyed staying here for our trip to Folly Field Beach. The unit was probably the most well stocked place like this I’ve ever stayed in. Pam was very responsive from check in to an other questions I had about the property. Beach was like advertised probably about 4 min away- but may have felt longer with a 3 year old and the wagon in tow with probably too much stuff! Where the private beach entrance is the beach is barely crowded at all- even on a weekend! Highly recommend!

Awesome property

First about the property… the condo has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 2 full baths. It also has a pullout couch. This unit is located on a small pond with a water feature. It is relaxing to sit out there and enjoy the view. This unit is also located right next to the pool and the gate leading to the ocean. The ocean walk is about 4 minutes and leads to a secluded section of the beach where it is not crowded. The unit has lots of books and beach accessories. We came here during Labor Day weekend and very much enjoyed the stay. Next about the host. Pam has been one of the best hosts we have had. She was very responsive and went above and beyond when we had a tragedy in the family and had to reschedule at the last minute in the spring. She was understanding and did her best to take care of us. I hate to brag about this place because it will probably be booked next time we want to come, and there will be a next time. It is worth the stay and Pam is someone you can trust.

Great vacation for family

We are a family of 4….2 adults and 2 kids. We had a great stay. The place was clean, great location, able to walk to the beach, and able to get anywhere in town within 15-20 minutes. Felt right at home and comfortable.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great location to the beach and across from the pool. Condo was just as described. Beach chairs were a bonus to have so we didnt need to pack our own. Would stay here again.

Best condo we've stayed at in Fiddler's Cove!

We loved this condo as it was very bright with modern amenities, very close to the big pool, deck overlooking the lagoon with awesome wildlife and a short walk to the beach. We appreciated the beach wagon and umbrella too!

Excellent Property! Great location and very quiet.

We had a great Memorial Day Weekend staying at this property! Security was great and the location was very quiet. Pools were clean and convenient. Short walk to the beach. Beach was not busy in the area of Hilton Head, even on a holiday weekend!

Everything you could possibly need for your stay! Beach cart was fantastic for day long trips down to the beach! Saw the alligator in the lagoon last day we were there too! Will go back to this villa for sure!

Our family has been visiting the area for many years now and this was a very nice place. Well decorated and fully stocked. Short walk to the beach and located across from the community pool. Owner was pleasant to communicate with and no issues with check in. Hope to visit next year!

LOVED IT!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this property. It felt ilke home. It was very clean, well equiped- even extras such as the beach buggy and cooler, comfortable beds, spacious for our family of 4, and the owner was quick to respond and very easy and kind to work with. We loved the quiet beach a short walk away. Having the pool just across the lot was also very handy. The large deck with view of the lagoon was a treat. We enjoyed watching the wildlife in the lagoon even more than we would have enjoyed an oceanfront view. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much for sharing your "home" with us!

Clean. Large deck, saw 2 alligators while in the lagoon. The WiFi did not work in the property and it was to much of a hassle to call the cable company to get it resolved. Wish both bedrooms had a cable equipped tv But we enjoyed a relaxing vacay

Nice location on the island

Pam’s beach condo is thoughtfully decorated and exceptionally clean. The string lights on the outdoor balcony overlooking the lagoon was a nice touch. It is a short walk to Folly Field Beach and we enjoyed the beach chairs & umbrella provided. Pam went out of her way to have a new beach umbrella delivered to us the next morning when we noticed the current one was broken. She provided recommendations on bike rental shops & exploring the tidepools on the beach. It was our 1st time in Hilton Head and we appreciated being in a more residential, less touristy part of the island. The only drawback, though no fault of the owner, is that the floorboards were very thin and pick up every footstep. (small children were also staying in the condo above)

Ideal property for us!

My daughter and I loved our stay. The property was in a nice location. Very close to the pool, easy walk to the beach, quick drive to shops and restaurants. We liked the layout and had everything we needed. The balcony was such a nice place to eat, and we saw turtles, alligators, and birds from the balcony. Pam was very responsive and made the check in and check out processes simple. Would return for sure!

Best location for stay at Folly Field, Hilton Head

The location, the convenience of all required amenities, proximity of the outdoor pool, short walk to beach all contributed to a very enjoyable stay. Highly recommend this location and look forward to repeating this rental again.
