This one bedroom/one bathroom villa at 414 Ocean Dunes offers direct access to the BEST BEACH on the island! Year after year, Travel+Leisure has voted Hilton Head the #1 ISLAND in the continental U.S!!!
A heated pool with ample seating and umbrellas is all that is between you and beach access.
Modern appliances, granite countertops, glass tile backsplash, shiplap and updated decor make this a beach beauty. Fresh paint with smooth ceilings for 2025 offer a clean look and feel. A 49" wall mounted HDTV, new lighting, new ceiling fans, and a recently upgraded bathroom with a walk in shower and a bedroom with upgraded storage areas add to the comfort of this unit. New luxury plank flooring in all rooms provides a clean polished look.
Swim in the Atlantic or our resort style **heated** beachfront pool. We have a bbq grilling area with outdoor seating and access to private beach cabana bathrooms! Beach "boardwalk style" access with full outdoor showers and a gathering area have also been added to our property.
We are conveniently located between Coligny Circle and Sea Pines. Ocean Dunes Villas are a ten minute walk to Celebration Park and Coligny Center. There, you find festivals, shopping, coffee shops, restaurants, and family fun. Our complex features an elevator, coin laundry on each floor, and plenty of new bicycle racks (bicycles not included but available for rent down the street). Included with this rental unit is the newest 5G high speed Internet access from Time Warner(Spectrum).
Lush landscape creates a beautiful surrounding. Newly gated entrance from the street secures private parking for our guests.

Hilton Head Island is home to nine uninterrupted miles of beautiful beaches. Enjoy sunning, swimming, fishing and dolphin watching! Spend your days playing golf at one of fifteen public courses, playing tennis at one of our world famous tennis centers, learn to play Pickleball, or bike on over 60 miles of trail.
A short 45 minute drive brings you to Savannah, Georgia. Enjoy shopping, tours and restaurants. A two hour drive brings you to Charleston, more tours, restaurants and shopping await you in this historic city. Don't forget to stop at the Tanger Outlets located just off Hilton Head Island on your way back!

Housekeeping and Management are located across the street making check in and check out very convenient. A private parking pass will be issued along with keys to the Villa at check in time.
This is a NON SMOKING UNIT. Fines will be applied.
A private bedroom includes a queen sized bed, dresser, nightstand, and double closet with plenty of drawers, shelves, and hangers. It has an AC unit and a quiet ceiling fan. A wall mounted Smart TV makes this a great area to unwind any time of day.


A stocked kitchen with full sized appliances includes a glass top range, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, 2 coffee makers, and a toaster. This makes any light meal easy and convenient to prepare.

Great condo!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The view was the best! It was easy access to the beach and pool. The kitchen was well equipped for our breakfast and lunch preparations. The location in the Coligny area is our favorite on the island. Very close to many great restaurants. We will be back!

As advertised, very clean and enough space for us. Really enjoyed getting up to walk along the beach and see dolphins and all the birds. The balcony was perfect for having a beverage at night and coffee in the morning while watching and listening to the waves. Beautiful setting. Definitely family friendly beach as the water is pretty calm (other than our first morning following a storm) and shallow a ways out.

Perfect location - amazing ocean view!

The condo is just the right size for a couple - very cozy & tastefully decorated! Great location - a short walk or bike ride to many restaurants & stores. Beach access was so easy. We had a few questions prior to our trip & Nancy was very helpfully & responded quickly to each one! Thanks Nancy - we are looking forward to staying here again!

Beautiful HHI Relaxation!

Our condo was clean, comfortable, convenient, and had a wonderful view! It was quiet and cool as well. This was our first try staying at at condo at the beach and we loved being able to cook our foods and watch the waves from our balcony. We will be back! ♥️

The condo was probably the cleanest unit we have ever rented! You add a gorgeous view with a beautiful sunrise every morning and it does not get any better. Plenty of towels, Keurig, and the conveniences of home help made our vacation perfect. We will return!

Post Radiation Getaway

This condo was perfect for our needs! We enjoyed the porch with wonderful views-Sunrises, deer, dolphins, rabbits, lots of birds! The pool was great! Easy access to the beach and Nancy even had beach chairs for us! Parking is also easy! Thank you Nancy for sharing your perfect beach condo with us! We hope to return!

Check in process was simple and quick. We picked up the key right across the street from the condo complex. We even got to check in early as the unit had been cleaned and ready for us. The condo was as described with a beautiful view of the pool and ocean from the balcony. We had everything we needed as far as bath towels, cooking utensils, beach chairs and umbrellas, and 2 televisions. The shower appeared to be newly tiled and was perfect. We did not hear any noises from the other units in the building at all. We felt safe and secure in the area and it was close to everything we wanted to visit. The owner was very responsive to an issue we had with the kitchen sink leaking and it was repaired very quickly. We enjoyed this condo and area very much and would not hesitate to book again!

Great ocean view

Enjoyable stay and peaceful ocean views morning and afternoon. Villa very clean and comfortable. Had broom and mini vac to catch sandy feet by front door. No beach towels or chairs, so we just enjoyed our walks on beach. Chairs and umbrella avail to rent if we wanted but we prefer walk. Lovely Villa!! Will definitely consider for next trip to HH. Thanks for having us!!

April HHI Trip

The accommodations were very good. As stated in the listing, the upgraded bathroom and kitchen were great. We enjoyed the view to the water and the quietness of the pool area. The condo was very clean. We spent our evenings on the lanai in the chairs just enjoying the sound of the ocean. We were able to use the beach chairs that were in the condo. However, the umbrella was old and broken. This really wasn’t an issue, but it would have been nice to have had some shade on the beach. We have definitely put this place and HHI on our list to return. Thank you for a great vacation experience.

Hilton Head getaway

The bed is nice and firm and you don't sink into the middle! That is my biggest peeve when we go on vacation!! The toys for the beach are either on the patio or under the bunk beds! The room is perfectly spacious for Mom and Dad and two kids! Villa #414 has got a great view of the beach and a wonderful breeze, you are not stuck in a sweltering hot box! There is a laundry directly outside the door and for just a few quarters I was able to wash everything up that we wore the whole week! Full size kitchen appliances keep everything really cold and heat everything up really hot as they should! The best surprise we had, tons of towels and tons of hangers already in the closet! Great communication and the office is right across the street!

Second week at HHI

My wife and I and our two sons and their wives plus grandkids spend a week in North Forest Beach in a full home rental. My wife and I then move to this condo on the 4th floor for a full second week. This condo makes for a more relaxed week for just the two of us. The view from the balcony is fantastic. Overlooks the pool and the beach. Only a few steps to the beach. We come to HHI for the warm water, the restaurants and the friendly vacation atmosphere. This condo has been our rental for a few years now. Hope to come back next year.

Lovely Condo

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and had fantastic views. It is close enough to walk or bike to Coligny Plaza, but far enough away from the crowds. Nancy was awesome to deal with. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful but Very crowded

The condo was the perfect place for our getaway. Everything was clean and comfortable. It was our first visit to HHI and we were taken aback at how crowded it was. The beach in front of condo was insane with little to no beach etiquette shown. The pool area was not very clean w moldy chairs and grime around edge of pool. HHI itself was very beautiful with plenty of options for eating and activities. We loved the condo but if we go back will pick a different time of the year and possibly a new location.
