Welcome to your updated top-floor penthouse villa with beautiful partial ocean views and direct private beach access—no streets to cross or long walks, you’re already at the beach!

• Fully equipped kitchen with full-size and small appliances, dishware, and a single-serve Keurig

Great Beach Vacation!

It is right close to the beach, and the view is beautiful. The location is close to everything. The bike rentals are a plus also, and lot's of beautiful locations to ride the bikes. Over-all a fabulous, Beautiful location!!

Perfect location for beach

While it rained 90% of our stay, I loved the cleanliness of the place and it’s location! Love walking to the beach, the pool access, and being towards the center of the island for quick access to anywhere!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The condo was very clean. It was walking distance to the Cologny Plaza where there are restaurants and shops. Loved having access to the pools and bar/grill. Great private access to beach as well (pay the $27/day for reserved chairs/umbrella). We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Amazing stay and condo

This was a perfect condo for my cousin and I's girls weekend! It was very clean. Had everything we needed to cook at home. Could not beat the location. The pool and hot tub access was a nice perk. I would definitely book this property again.

Absolutely everything was in fabulous condition and the unit was well appointed. It was immaculate and had all the necessary kitchen ware and appliances to make our stay just perfect. The bunks are a fantastic space saver but only suited for children or smaller adults. We would definitely stay here again!

HHI vacation

Here are the details all you men want to hear, the toilet flushed very well, the shower had great water pressure and detachable shower heads, bed was a little soft but as a person with chronic back pain it was acceptable, couch needs an update. The Hilton pool and beach area is a great addition to the condo.

Perfect beach getaway

It was my first trip to HH and this condo was perfect for two. My friend and I loved the condo. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Bed was comfortable. My friend slept on the pullout couch. Great location to get to various activities and restaurants. Loved access to pool and hot tub along with beach. Highly recommend staying here.

The property was located right next to a resort with access to their amenities which was very convenient. Love that beach access which was in walking distance. I would have preferred a slightly larger living space in the unit. But overall, it was a very pleasant experience and we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Spot for a Beach Visit

This property was perfect for our short stop in Hilton Head. The location is awesome with close proximity to the beach and lots of great amenities to enjoy. The balcony provides a nice elevated half view of the beach. Lots of great designs from the shower tile to the bed to the TV hutch, the renter has a great style taste that fits the beach vibe. Also Mike was great to work with. Excellent communication skills. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend!

Beachfront Girls Vacation

My adult daughters and I came to Hilton Head for the first time to vacation together, and we rented this condo. It was absolutely perfect for the three of us. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. It was large enough for the three of us, and the bunk beds were comfortable, even for the adult girls. We loved how close the condo is to the beautiful beach, and the access to the pools and amenities of the resort next door was a definite plus! We hope to return to Hilton Head, and we would certainly book this condo again!

Great place to stay. Exactly as described. Only issues was The ceiling fan in the living room was glitchy and would randomly turn off. And the spray handle in the bathroom didn’t work. The Hilton amenities were amazing. Oh, and I wish they provided beach towels.
