POOL: Just outside the building, the Beachside Tennis Villas oceanfront pool offers the perfect place to relax between beach walks and island adventures. The villa pool is open seasonally from April through September and is not heated.

LUXE SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS INCLUDE: Sleeps 6 comfortably / / 1 King bed / / 2 Queen beds. The primary suite features a luxurious king bed, premium Fili d'Oro Italian linens, Smart TV, private ensuite bath, and beautiful water views. VEHICLES/ATTACHMENTS: Denied entry to Sea Pines include motorcycles/scooters, any vehicle categorized as an RV (this includes vans with hook-ups), boats, jet skis, and trailers.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Simply head down the elevator or stairs and across the boardwalk-- and you're there!

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty-one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of the travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long-term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire. You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive a full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of the total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes non-cancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
