Located near almost everything. Great location! The place was clean, mostly quiet, and relaxing. Sat on the patio watching turtles and an alligator (he answers to Gregory). AC worked very well. Beach equipment provided was awesome.If I had to complain about something...a couple of the coffee cups in the cupboard had not been washed. There were plenty that were clean though. Everything else was nearly perfect. We would stay again.

Overall the condo was very nice and met all of our needs. The proximity to the beach was accurate. We had our own alligator in the water by the condo. The pool was amazing. There were a few issues related to cleanliness overall. The linens on the sofa bed didn’t appear to have been changed prior to our stay. We washed them ourselves. There was a bit of dust here and there but nothing we couldn’t get past. We had a couple issues that were addressed immediately. One with a broken coffee pot that was replaced and the other a broken latch on the door. Would stay here again and the hostess was very attentive to our needs. Thank you!
