THE SETTING: From the fourth floor, 531 Plantation Club Villas enjoys a beautiful year-round view across the golf course while keeping the beach remarkably easy to reach. Step outside and follow the nearby bike path to the Sea Pines Beach Club, approximately 5–7 minutes by bike or 12–15 minutes on foot. The Plantation Club pool is just outside the building, and a seasonal trolley stop right outside makes getting around Sea Pines even easier during the busier months.

THIS HOME IS IDEAL FOR: Couples, small families, friends, and guests traveling with one approved dog who appreciate a comfortable villa with easy access to the beach. Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms provide plenty of flexibility, while the open living, dining, and kitchen areas create a welcoming central space to enjoy together.

POOL: The Plantation Club pool is located just outside the building and is open seasonally from April through September. Its proximity makes it easy to head down for a swim whenever the mood strikes.

Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms provide comfortable accommodations for a small family, couples, or friends traveling together. PETS: One well-behaved small or medium-sized dog is welcome with a pet fee of $350. Labradors and other oily-coated breeds are not permitted. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds and must be crated whenever left unattended. Traveling without a pet? Our careful cleaning standards mean there is NO pet evidence at this Nest.

VEHICLES/ATTACHMENTS: Denied entry to Sea Pines include motorcycles/scooters, any vehicle categorized as an RV (this includes vans with hook-ups), boats, jet skis, and trailers.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Approximately 5–7 minutes by bike or 12–15 minutes on foot to the Sea Pines Beach Club. Simply head out the door and follow the nearby bike path toward the beach. A seasonal Sea Pines trolley stop is also conveniently located right outside the villa. From the day after Labor Day through March, guests may park directly at the Beach Club.

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY: For reservations made thirty (30) days or fewer prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time of booking. For reservations made thirty-one (31) days or more prior to arrival, a deposit of 25% of the total reservation amount, along with the full travel insurance premium if selected, is due when the reservation is made. The remaining balance is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long-term winter reservation policies may differ; please inquire for details. Guests may cancel up to thirty-one (31) days before arrival and receive a full refund of their deposit. Cancellations made between fourteen (14) and thirty (30) days prior to arrival are eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment. Reservations become non-cancelable and non-refundable beginning thirteen (13) days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
