Best Greman breakfast, traditional food and locally made wine. We loved it so much we changed our trip to return again and plan to come back again in the future. Just an outstanding place!"

"Easy Check-in by Key-safe, good facilities, Coffeemaker was not working. Very fast WiFi-Access. Poor conditions in the stairwell, a lot of empty beer and wine bottles, bad smell from other residents.But the apartment was in good condition. "

"We had a lovely stay - the room was perfectly appointed with a comfortable bed and mini kitchen. We spent every evening drinking the winery’s excellent whites out on our balcony with a view of the hills just beyond the little town’s steeple. The proprietors were wonderful. They made us feel comfortable and welcome with our very limited German, and breakfast was plentiful and enjoyable every morning. "

"It was our intention to explore Bavaria, and open the door to Europe for our adult children. This was the perfect location! And this property fit all of our needs. Leinach is a beautiful community just outside Wurzburg. Surrounded by beautiful fields of grains and Sunflowers. Quiet, Peaceful, and Calming…the only real sounds are of birds and church bells. With easy access to all of the communities we wanted to explore.As for the property, we couldn’t have asked for more…a spacious house, with all of the necessities…a well appointed kitchen, which is always our central gathering place. Big Beautiful Bathrooms, and Bedrooms….and 2 outdoor spaces, a patio to sit and enjoy morning coffee, as well as a beautiful courtyard to enjoy an evening meal.Oliver kept in touch throughout our stay, via email…and made sure we had what we needed.Mission Accomplished, a wonderful experience had by all…and we couldn’t have done it without the Rosenchalet!"
