Plum Point Villa - Stunning View In The Heart Of The Finger Lakes!

Stay in the center of everything that the Finger Lakes has to offer - wineries, breweries, sightseeing, boating and much more! This classic two-story lake house features a spacious, 180 degree lake-view living room, leading to a 14x20 foot deck overlooking Seneca Lake. Three bedrooms provide lots of room for friends and family - 1 King bed room, 1 Double bed room, and 1 with a queen and 2 single twins. Two full baths, both with shower/tub combo, and a bright, fully equipped kitchen. Wi-fi, linens and towels provided.

The private beachfront provides tons of room for gathering and relaxing, with a swimming area and dock. You can launch your boat from the owner's private boat launch right next door. Gather around the firepit for late night cheer and s'mores (roasting sticks provided). The large backyard has space for lawn games or hanging out under the canopy.

With two restaurants (open seasonally) within close walking distance, you may never have to cook! But if you feel like grilling out, there is a gas grill. The kitchen is stocked with all of the utensils, cookware and appliances needed to cook a great meal. Table and chairs are provided on the front deck and back patio so you can enjoy your meals with sunrises or sunsets.


Please note: There are several steps to reach the entrance of the house and the driveway is steep so the property is not suitable for those with mobility issues.

Plum Point Villa was the perfect first time getaway to Seneca Lake. Our hosts were very accommodating and quick with responses. They truly wanted us to have a perfect stay.The home was very clean, well stocked and had an amazing view. Having a boat launch on site was so convenient. Cute place for small group! Conveniently located right on the water in the middle of the west side wine trail. Great view of lake and sunrise/sunset from living room or deck. Also 20 steps away from a water front bar that had live music and was lively into the AM which is perfect if you are looking for somewhere to go after a day of touring wineries since Uber/Lyfts are very hard to come by.

Great lake view and location.

We were 2 couples out for a relaxing getaway and to experience the wine trail around Seneca lake and we were no disappointed. The house was as described and fit our needs perfectly. The description of the driveway parking is not exaggerated...it's a little hairy backing down. Owners were easy to work with and left a nice bottle of Riesling for our enjoyment...nice touch. Wonderful family vacation

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The view was gorgeous. The house was well appointed. It had everything we needed. It was an older home that had no AC in the main part of the house. Luckily it wasn’t to hot and we had a nice breeze while we were there. As stated in other reviews the house is not good for anyone that has trouble walking but we had a lovely time.

Perfect place to gather. Accommodations were just as promised. We slept comfortably and enjoyed the view, dock, fire pit & location. We recommend & would return! There is a steep driveway, steps & walking involved. So happy knees & feet a plus. There is one bedroom on the first floor and a full bathroom not requiring inside steps. Enjoyed our getaway! I am happy during this time of COVID that our plans changed ~ because we found this great house! Each year we come out to the Finger Lakes for a mother-daughter weekend. We normally stay at a hotel, but this year we decided to get a house. Melanie and Jared were absolutely wonderful and very responsive to any questions I had. There were 8 of us staying here - the house was comfortable and it had what we needed. It was clean, beds were comfortable and the view off the deck of the house was a great way to start and end the day. We’ve decided that this will be our go-to place each year when we return! A beautiful lake view and a comfortable home

The house is clean and comfortable with plenty of space and all of the supplies needed for a good stay. My one warning is to people who may have difficulty walking/climbing: the driveway is very steep and covered in gravel. Because lake access is across the road, and the only way to reach it is to walk down stairs and the driveway, people who live with physical challenges may have difficulty. The area by the dock has a lovely shaded sitting area and a fire pit. One can jump off the dock into the water or use the step ladder to enter. My kids had a great time swimming and kayaking! The deck is great for relaxing, eating family dinners, and a spectacular view of the lake. When the wind is blowing, the windows in the house are positioned so that there is a great cross breeze. My only complaint was that, because there was no AC (besides in the bedrooms), when the wind was not blowing it was muggy and hot. It made it uncomfortable to cook or yo find relief from the heat…it was near 90 degrees when we stayed, so this may not be an issue if you are staying in slightly cooler temps. The kids loved seeing the horses that were grazing in the paddock behind the house.
