"This property is nice and quiet and not too close to the road for road noise. The check in experience was pretty good. The young lady working the desk was hospitable and cordial. The room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was great and the options were very nice. We encountered a few issues on our trip with the pool being out of order and the elevator being out of service. There were some other issues, but the staff did a great job of taking care of us and getting us back on the road. The breakfast hostess seemed a bit frazzled as I mentioned how warm the orange juice was and immediately got upset and said it's not her fault. I'm sorry that she was having a bad morning and probably doesn't get the praise she probably needs. Overall though... I do plan to come back and try again with all amenities in full operation."

"The young ladies working the desk at check-in were very kind and pleasant. The room, and the whole hotel, was immaculate. We were facing the highway but the sound was greatly buffered and not problematic, and the young man who checked us out was friendly and as equally pleasant as the young ladies the night before.
