"Excelente hotel, muy comodo, gran ubicación. Habitación limpia, aunque la limpieza diaria hubiese estado buena que sea mas completa, a veces no se limpiaban los muebles, y se veia la tierra del dia a dia, y pelos en el baño. El resto mas que perfecto. Recomendable!"

"Check in was at 2 I didn’t get my room till at 4:30. I requested a non smoking room when booked, I got a smoking room. The staff at check in was rude. They told me for 2 hours to check back every 30 minutes to see if my room was ready. "

"Stayed here with my granddaughter for our Chicago fun day. The location was perfect for shopping and eating. Lots of good inexpensive parking nearby. The staff was top notch. The hotel feels updated and rooms are great with good views. Bar area is very nice also and lots of casual seating while waiting and lounging. Would definitely stay here again. Bonus for our trip was an indoor pool. "
