"We stayed in a suite. It was very comfortable and relaxing. We enjoyed having the little kitchen area. There were lots of options for storage. The bed was inviting and very comfortable and clean. We loved the bathroom space! Our only issue was the tub would not plug for use. The shower was roomy and clean. A very wonderful experience overall."

"I would have loved to rate this stay a little bit higher than I did, but unfortunately due to the lack of cleanliness of the room, I cannot. We stayed one night in the luxury room with double queen beds. I was hoping that the room matched the images, but it was dirty. It seemed as if the housekeepers looked past the room and the smaller details of it. There was a piece of cheesecake in the fridge. There was a cucumber slice in the corner of the room and pieces of food still on the carpet. When I opened one of the drawers there was foil in it. There was a bunch of hair on the bathroom floors and the bottom of the tub was dark. The scent was not pleasant either, once you opened the door, it had a perpetual a$$ smell. The things I did enjoy was the early check in, the amenities, and how close everything was. The movie theater, the pool, and the lake. There was also a little gas station in the parking lot of the hotel which was nice."

"This hotel is amazing, Great location, super clean and stuff was kind, informative and very respectful! The breakfast was well organized considering the amount people served! Not a missing items at any moment! The rooftop bar was very pleasant place to sit and chill. Strongly recommended!!!"

"The room was ok. There were no bags on the trash can, no microwave. The breakfast was not what I expect it to be. You have to order on line then you pick up. It was not a buffet where you get to pick as much food as you want and sit down to eat like other hotels. The pool was so small that you could barely do anything if people were there and the water was so cold. The only thing nice I could say is that the staff was great and very helpful."

"Stayed here for a recent trip to Chicago and overall the experience was okay. The location is convenient for downtown attractions and Millennium Park, and the hotel itself was clean and comfortable. Staff were generally polite and check-in was fairly smooth. The rooms were decent, though some areas felt a little dated for the price. Amenities and service were fine but nothing especially memorable. It worked well as a place to stay while exploring the city, but I expected a bit more considering the reputation and cost. Good option if location is your priority, but not necessarily a standout luxury experience."

"Terrible hotel, when I made the reservation they told me I had free breakfast but they charged me $70 extra for it, very dirty carpet, loud AC, no water in the room even though I was trying to pay so I had to go down lobby at 3am to get water, over all one of the horrible hotel I stayed 👎👎"

"The hotel is in an excellent location, close to everything, which made the stay very convenient and enjoyable. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the entire hotel felt well maintained and beautiful. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming throughout the stay, which made the experience even better. The only thing I would suggest improving is the breakfast variety. While the breakfast was good, I feel it could offer a few more options to better match the overall level and quality of the hotel. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel because of its cleanliness, comfort, great service, and one of the best locations in Chicago."
