"Our go-to hotel when we are in the Lauderdale area. The rooms are always great, the restaurant has wonderful food and drinks and 5 mins from the Broward Center makes them hard to beat. A+++"

"This place was fine. Beach was good except they placed $200 cabanas in front of the other chairs so the ocean view was blocked. We were charged for umbrellas .. even though the price included resort fees. Parking was very high $50! The location was great .. within walking distance to all good activities. The staff were kind .. room was kept clean. Outdoor pool was nice and the bartender was cool. We missed the mermaid show because it was booked for a party. Ask ahead if you’re going specifically for that."

"There was a few staff at the front who were very nice, family-friendly, breakfast was delicious & a great spread & selection, room was filled with full amenities, parking is $35 nightly in the garage, kinda tight for bigger vehicles, but we named managed to get a Jeep Wagoneer in & out smoothly! Overall I recommend this hotel for the area!"

"Hotel was misrepresented in outside and interiors. Couch was trrrible. Could not see tv from bed, pricing was deceiving based on quality and condition of room. Finding room was not easy. "

"I was disappointed with the customer service during my stay. I went to the front desk to ask what time the buffet opened. At the time, the front desk representative was distracted, looking at a cell phone while talking with someone who worked in the kitchen or assisted with the buffet. When I asked my question, the employee responded rudely by saying, “Don’t you see the sign is on the wall?” I found the comment disrespectful and unprofessional. Guests should be treated with courtesy and spoken to politely when asking a simple question. Unfortunately, this interaction negatively affected my overall experience at the hotel."
