The feeling of being in this apartment was like being held in a quiet embrace.

Arrived early and was able to early check. Very friendly and helpful reception.

So; all the previous reviews were decent enough. And they were not wrong. Location is simply excellent, but let’s not distract this from the hotel experience - it was first class, a genuine 5 star experience and subsequent review. Check in was super, the room was as described (slightly smaller than I expected, but probably because I didn’t read the description carefully enough!) and the sky bar was absolutely great. Worthy of note was the breakfast - the selection would put the majority of...

Nice property to stay

More than just a place to sleep, it became part of the story of our trip—one we’ll always remember fondly.

It was as if the apartment understood the pace we needed—and offered it to us without question.

New location. Nice clean room. Very high sense of service. Staff goes the extra mile and take care of details. Nice location at Japanese quarter

Title: Comfortable, Reliable Stay with Strong WiFi – Would Book Again I had a very comfortable stay here and would absolutely return. Check-in was smooth and professional, which is always appreciated after a long travel day. One small thing to note is that the hotel operates two locations. When I arrived, I was informed that the room category I booked was at their “other” building. If I preferred to stay in the main building, there was an additional 200,000 VND charge. It was slightly...

Overall service was excellent. However, there are just 2 restaurants. While only 1 serve dinner during weekday. The restaurant name steak and bone, yet there isn’t really steak. It seems to be over price. I stay at floor 11 (closely highest floor) below either fountain or kids water play ground and it is so noisy at night. I was told that it will turn off at night, but all night long can hear the water that comes can’t sleep well. Another thing, the room temp can be set @22C. But it is so...

Great location! Room came with washer and dryer as well as kitchen. Slight water leak from the standing shower, every time you showered. Also got access to a gym, which could be cleaner. Service, especially from Dang, was great!

Hotel was excellent. The staff was very accommodating, specially the front desk and the spa. Tien at spa helped us the best treatment.

Nice and clean

I don’t normally take the time to write reviews but the service I received at this hotel inspired me to make the time. The location, customer service, cleanliness, dining options, walk ability, and everything else was great. However, what really shows how much they are willing to go above and beyond happened after I checked out. They offered us free coffee in to go cups for our trip to the hotel along with a nice food gift. But once I got to the airport, I received a WhatsApp message and...

Awesome breakfast, great location, and Mr. Phong and Jenny in the spa have the best hospitality! I’m very pleased to have chosen the Mai House Saigon Hotel!

Its a beautiful quite boutique hotel that provides a complimentary ferry ride to the city. The restaurant serves very good breakfast and dinner with very tasty food. I would most definitely stay there again. All the staff, especially in the kitchen, are friendly and happy to help.

6 starts hotel. Amazing!!!
