Overall, the hotel was good, it definitely looks like a five star hotel, lobby was great. The staffs were very welcoming and helpful when checking in. The room was cleaned, but a bit worn out. Update needed A Must …!!! Since we had three people checking in they provided us with a roll-up bed, that’s a plus …!!! Also, they had a really nice pool, but not much views tho. During our check out, a manager approached to us to apologized about the disappointment we had of our room when I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars on the expedia survey for hotel check in, because the room was a bit of worn out. Their sincere apology was very genuine and noted that they were going on renovation for the building and in the near future everything will be better. In the end, he gave us a little sweet treat as a gift and a card in return. To end this, I suggested everyone should write a honest and respectful reviews of how the hotel shown so your voice could be heard and recognized in order for them to have improvement. I would say this hotel really stood out with their level rating and the acknowledgment for their guest . "
