We had a lovely stay here and decided to extend our hotel stay. We originally were going to change hotels after one night, but decided to stay here for the rest of our trip. The hotel felt like one in Japan and we particularly liked the extra amenities you could self serve in the lobby. We also paid for the extra Japanese breakfast buffet and it was well worth it! Would definitely stay here again

Sotetsu was an excellent hotel and made our stay in Ho Chi Minh City very enjoyable. The rooms were quiet, clean, and comfortable, providing a great place to relax after a day of exploring. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. The location was another big plus, as it was within walking distance of many main attractions in District 1, making it easy to explore the city without needing transportation. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City for its comfort, convenience, and great service.

水が浄水なので安心して泊まることができました！また近くにファミリーマート、セブンイレブン、サークルKがあるので、飲料水やカップ麺など手軽に買うことができました！ タクシーを使わなくても30分ほど歩きますが、ベトナムガイドブック等でよく見るピンク色の教会タンディン教会や高島屋も徒歩20分で行けるので便利な立地です！ 朝食も美味しかった！ 次回行く時もまた利用したいです！

部屋の設備・備品・衛生度は申し分なし。 大問題 : そもそもの基本的対応。 予約は朝食付き2名・支払いも予約通り・チェックインも２名登録。しかし最終日の朝食時に1名分のみの登録&もう1名はビジターだからと言われ1名分の朝食代を請求された。フロントに抗議し言われたのが、ミスコミュニケーションにより問題発生と説明。単なるコミュニケーション不足でゲストが”ビジター”扱いされ、ゲストが食事している目の前で請求書を手渡される無礼は屈辱的初体験。 2度と利用しないと決めました。
