Friendly staff!!! Good parking, not so noisy & very clean! Just the mini fridge didn’t cool as expected but other than that it was a great place for a small family!

This is an older hotel but it's super clean, comfortable bed, great water pressure...oh, and great price too!

My daughter and I had a great stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful, breakfast was amazing (cooked to order), and beds were comfortable. My only complaint was that our room was a little musty from the humidity, but overall we enjoyed our stay, especially for the price. I will add that it is an older hotel and the tub and carpet were stained, but clean.

The room stay accommodated our needs. There was no elevator for our second for stay. The included free breakfast was not just a continental breakfast but a delicious made to order sit down dining style. Very yummy!

Rooms smelled of cigarette smoke and mold. Old motel on the outskirts of town. Staff very nice and accomodating. Unable to stay there due to room conditions.

Receptionist was awesome. Had a nice clean room. Got a good night sleep. Had a made to order breakfast! After which I was offered a bottle of juice to go. Will definitely return.

Nice

The staff here is wonderful! Very friendly and helpful. Room was nice for the price. Clean. Dated bathroom. We were disappointed to find on our arrival that the advertised breakfast no longer starts at 6am. Now it starts at 10am. Way too late for folks traveling through. They are dog friendly and that was a plus. Overall, a nice clean but dated property. But a good value for the price.

The first day i took a shower no hot or mild water. The following day the water was hot could not get it to mild. This was unpleasant. The tv did not work but then received a different remote then it worked. The great thing was that the breakfast was amazing!!

Great price for a budget room, but…

The beds were comfortable. Even though it was a non-smoking room, the odor of previous smokers permeated the atmosphere. Running the AC full tilt along with the bathroom fan helped mitigate the smell. This was a “pet friendly” motel but where you would walk your pet was a sticker infested, broken glass dirt field. When we walked the dog at 3:30 in the morning we couldn’t get back into the room because both keys didn’t work. The night clerk said our phone caused the issue as we had it next to the phone. Aside from that as I said the beds were quite comfortable. The price, though, was good.

We usually stay in big chain hotels that overcharge! Though this inn is a bit outdated, the customer service was over the top, the beds were comfortable, and the morning breakfast was much better than those big chain hotels offer. The first evening our key card did not work, but the lady at the front desk let us in and out as needed. The next morning, the young lady at the desk promised us she would have it fixed by the time we got back and she did. The shower was confusing at first and we had to be careful switching from tub to shower stream because the faucet was loose, but we managed. We were right above the bar and the music was pretty loud, but we didn't mind it at all. We definitely got a good deal regardless for what we paid. We have definitely found our go-to place to stay when in Hobbs.

Room was clean. Pillows can be upgraded and maybe the fart fans could be fixed. The mini fridge would probably work more efficiently if it was de-iced other than that it’s a great place for the cost
