"The lake and mountain views alone were worth the price! The restaurant was very good as well...try the weinerschnitzel, the best so far! Staff were very hospitable and friendly. Would definitely recommend, and stay again!"

"If you want a very comfortable and spotless hotel right by Lake Zurich without breaking the bank, then this is the place for you. Horgen is a 15 minute train ride from Hauptbahnhof. It renders the premium you’ll be asked to pay for a similar hotel in the city centre totally unnecessary. Both the lake and Horgen train station are right in front of the property."

"The hotel and room were generally ok and there in clean shape. However, what is unacceptable is that the hotel prioritizes bus tour groups in cleaning rooms and neglects rooms of other guests. We had stayed 4 days overall, and on 2 evenings despite having explicitly requested that the room be cleaned and new towels provided, staff just ignored this! Also, at breakfast, after the tour group left, there was a huge time delay before plates and glasses were replenished, and the fruit and cheese platters were not restocked until one complained with the cook"

"This hotel was nice with very friendly and helpful staff, a convenient location right on Lake Lucerne, and (fortunately) later dining was available at a nearby restaurant for takeout. The room was a good size and the shutters helped keep light and noise out. Parking was limited and we had to use a parking garage that required cash in Swiss francs so be aware if you only have euros."
