"The room was very small. The bathroom was abnormally small and my husband had a hard time maneuvering in there."

"it feels a little bit wired without a in person service. My room didn't had any coffee cups. Lucky the cleaning crew was around and she was able to get some for me. I wish the place offered some herbal or decaf tea along with coffee. Also the filtered water machine wasn't working well at the breakfast area. I wasn't able to refill my water bottle. Otherwise everything seem to run fine."

"We felt uncomfortable the minute we walked into Prescott House. The neighborhood coming up to the property is run down. The grounds are messy and the entrance is filthy. The basement with the kitchen has a bad smell to it. We found our room uninviting and the photos deceptive. We realized that I made a mistake booking Prescott House and decided to forfeit three prepaid nights just so we could get out of there. Later we requested a partial refund for two nights and they were unwilling to compromise. Not a good experience."

"We’ve stayed here many times and generally have a great stay. This stay, we opted to pay an additional $85 for a two hour late check out. From 11am- 1 pm, the front desk called to ask why we hadn’t left, we were interrupted by two different individuals on three occasions knocking on the door asking why we hadn’t left, then came back asking what time out late check out was. The room key wouldn’t work after noon. It was a huge disappointment when we wanted to enjoy a relaxing morning with no urgency."

"Calli was an excellent host. The cabin was exactly as described. It was very quaint and cozy. It is located right on the main road across from the lake. Being on the main road makes it easy to get out and explore. She has the two kayaks that you can ist to explore the lake. Calli was very generous and took us on a beautiful tour of the lake in her boat. I would definitely stay there again."
