"My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Hotel staff was very accommodating and the room was immaculate. We had a view of Brienz lake and it was breathtaking. I would love to stay here again in the future."

"The hotel does not have AC. When we asked about AC, they said they would see if they could give us fans. We ended up leaving because it was 89 degrees Fahrenheit, and they offered to reimburse us for 1% of the expense (city taxes). The location was nice, but the hotel is outdated for the price"

"Room was very comfortable and clean with nice amenities but no fridge to store my meds in. I was fortunate that I had frozen water bottles so it was able to stay cold during my stay. "

"Due to my late arrival and early departure, I did not interact directly with staff, only through messaging. However, they were VERY attentive and super helpful. The room and facility were clean and organized. It’s not the newest place in the world, but is very well kept and quite charming. I had absolutely not complaints. With the recent heat wave, the fan that was in the room was a welcome treat! Thanks for a very pleasant stay!!"
