Important details
Heated pool: available from November to mid-April. Heating depends on outside temperature (not functional below 50°F). In hot season, pool is at summer ambient temperature, not a hot tub.
House rules: no parties, no commercial photos/videos, no smoking or vaping indoors. Smoking allowed only outdoors.
Safety features: smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, deadbolt lock, and three outdoor security cameras.
Liability waiver: use of the pool, BBQ, and stay in the house are at the guests’ own risk. The host only provides lodging; guests are fully responsible for their safety and that of their companions.
