This spacious home offers 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, on a large lot across a quiet street from Lake Macatawa. The main floor features a great room with TV, brick fireplace, dining area and a large fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and bar-stool seating. Main floor doors lead to a shaded porch/wrap around deck, gas grill, picnic tables, and fire pit. In addition, the main floor has a master bedroom which includes a large screen TV and a private bathroom, an office with futon and TV, and laundry room with washer and dryer (detergent and dryer sheets provided). The lower level theater room features a large screen TV and DVD player, theater seating and a ping pong table. The second floor has another master bedroom with a large screen TV, a large bathroom with a jetted tub, and an outdoor deck perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while admiring the views of Lake Mac.
