Location was excellent for day trips to explore Holland and Saugatuck/Douglas. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good, ample choices. Especially memorable was the courtesy, friendliness and helpful attitude of the staff. A special mention of Sharon, who was friendly and efficient in resolving, fully to our satisfaction, a minor room maintenance concern. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Located in an industrial area. Pet friendly for a fee. Breakfast was good but limited options. Kitchenette in room was helpful, ample parking. There was a kids sports team staying at the hotel while we were there. Young children were running through the hotel unsupervised, banging on doors and yelling well past midnight. The hotel staff attempted to manage the situation without success. The hotel kindly moved our room after a sleepless night.

We have come back twice in one month. We had the studio room and the extra room it provided was spectacular both times. We brought our dog the second time, and it went amazing. The staff was friendly and the property manager who checked us in was so kind! We definitely will be back and plan on staying at this Residence Inn.

The room was inviting to walk into and it was nice and clean. Plenty of towels and washcloths for everyone in the room. We ddi not need the kitchen area but it seemed like it had everything that one could need for an extended stay.

The suite was so large and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. At first the HVAC system was loud and annoying, but we quickly adjusted to it. All of the newly renovated rooms are like this.

I stayed here a few days during spreak break with my kids. It was a great place for us to have a little get away. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suit and it was just the right amount of space for the three of us. Breakfast was good and they had food and drinks available as well two of the evenings as well. Overall, ir was a great stay, staff was very nice and the pool was fantastic.
