As you enter on our house you will find first
Formal living room and Formal dining room that seats 8 with Foosball table
Next will be a large open concept Kitchen with full stock of almost all you need, laundry room with full stock of all you need and family room that has dining area that seats 6 and a comfortable sofa with 65” curved TV.
Master’s bedroom with beautiful bed frame queen size bed with full bathroom
On the opposite side of the house
Guest room # 1 with two full size beds
Guest room # 2 with one queen bed
and in the middle of both rooms
Is one full bathroom.
Backyard has cozy pergola with outdoor grill outdoor conversation sofa and outdoor tall heater.
You will also find a hammock at the pergola.
Backyard also has outdoor Jacuzzi Hot Tub good for 5 to 6 persons.

This house is good for family and friends.

The neighborhood is safe. It is okay to walk around in the early morning or late at night.
For extra safety purposes the house will be equipped with CCTV cameras directing only on the entrances.
We like to let our guests enjoy the trip on their own and I’m always available via text or phone call to answer any questions you may have. Family of three and respect the guest's privacy.

"What a place! Pictures do not do it justice! Great set up and owner, Jenny, keeps place beautiful and inviting! Location-nested in beautiful and safe neighborhood. Street is clean and plenty of street parking. Parking down the street with lake! Never felt in danger and streets are walkable at night. Hollister is a small city so everything is within short 5-10 min driving distance, including Main Street and markets. Communication-Jenny and her husband are very responsive through the app and even called me when I had questions. Place-perfect layout! Entering the house, you have the living room/dining room area, and somehow there is plenty of space for a foosball table and air hockey-great for kids! Passing this, the house opens up to a beautiful kitchen small dining area and tv area/2nd living room area! One one side of the living area you have two bedrooms separated by full bathroom. Opposite side, you have master bedroom with private full bath. Perfect set up for my family. Had 9 people over and never felt overcrowded. Felt like everyone had their own space to wind down. "Jenny and her family were great! The room and bathroom were super clean, they had everything ready for us when we arrived (clean towels, shampoo, hair dryer).
