The living room features comfortable seating, a Smart TV for relaxing movie nights, and an electric fireplace that adds a cozy touch on cooler evenings. Large windows fill the space with natural light while providing beautiful ocean views, and the living area opens directly onto the private balcony. Step outside with your morning coffee or evening drink and take in the ocean views while enjoying the fresh coastal breeze.

The fully stocked, recently updated kitchen is both stylish and functional, featuring modern appliances, sleek white countertops, and everything you need to prepare meals comfortably during your stay. The kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, oven, traditional drip coffee maker, toaster, wine fridge, and a full selection of pots and pans for everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners. The open layout keeps the kitchen connected to the living area, making it easy to cook while still enjoying time together. A breakfast bar with seating for three offers a casual spot for morning coffee or a quick bite, while the nearby small dining table comfortably seats four for meals, family game nights, or gathering together after a day at the beach. We do provide our guests with a "Welcome Bag" to help kick your stay off on the right foot. Welcome Bags include a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper, trash bags, laundry pods, dish pods, dish soap and sponge. Please, keep in mind that these are just to get you started and are not meant to be enough for a weeks stay. Guests are responsible for providing more if needed.

Head down the hall to the inviting primary bedroom, designed as a comfortable retreat after a day in the sun. The room features a plush king-size bed, stylish furnishings, a ceiling fan, and a Smart TV for relaxing evenings in. Ample clothing storage makes it easy to unpack and settle in for your stay. The private full ensuite bathroom adds an extra touch of comfort and convenience, featuring gold modern fixtures and a heated toilet seat for a little added luxury.

Head upstairs to the charming additional bedroom, thoughtfully designed with stylish décor and a fun, comfortable setup that is perfect for kids, teens, or additional guests. The room features a twin-over-full bunk bed with an additional twin trundle, providing plenty of sleeping space for the whole family. A Smart TV offers the perfect way to unwind after a day at the beach. The additional full hall bathroom on the lower level is conveniently located nearby and serves as the bathroom for this bedroom, making it easy for guests to freshen up and get ready for another day of coastal adventures.

The condo is located within the welcoming Surf Condos community, offering a fantastic collection of amenities just steps from your door. Guests have access to convenient community beach access, making it easy to spend your days soaking up the sun, swimming in the ocean, or searching for shells along the shore. After the beach, cool off in the beautiful zero-entry community pool, complete with shaded pergolas and comfortable lounge chairs—perfect for relaxing while the kids play or enjoying a peaceful afternoon by the water. The community also features a fitness center and convenient laundry center for guests to use during their stay. Please note, there is not a washer and dryer in the unit.

All bed linens and bath towels are provided, but guests will be responsible for providing their own pool and beach towels.

(1) set of towels is provided for each person on the reservation up to the max capacity. A set of towels includes (1) bath towel, (1) hand towel and (1) wash cloth.

When you're ready to explore, you'll love the location! Walk to nearby shops and restaurants, or head over to the Surf City Pier for an evening stroll, night fishing, or simply to enjoy the sights and sounds of the coast. With the beach, pool, dining, shopping, and local attractions all close by, you can park the car and settle into the laid-back Surf City lifestyle.
