  • Sandy Loft is an ocean view retreat inside the gated, oceanfront Surf Condos community in Surf City, NC. Wake to sweeping Atlantic views from your private balcony, unwind by the community pool or take the short path to the beach. A peaceful oasis for travelers who want a coastal escape without sacrificing polish.

    Pull into the gated community and park right outside, with space for 2 vehicles. Step inside and you'll find vaulted ceilings that make the space feel bright and airy.

    The main floor bedroom features a queen bed. Upstairs, the loft serves as a second bedroom with two full beds, perfect for kids, friends or a second couple. Sandy Loft sleeps 6 in total. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal in, including a dishwasher and a drip coffee maker with ground coffee and filters waiting for your first morning.

    The living area opens through a sliding glass door to your private balcony with full ocean views, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning and evening favorite beverages as the waves roll in.

    Fresh linens and towels are included, along with starter supplies for your arrival.

    Outside, the community pool is open April 1 through October 31, and the beach is just steps away. You'll also have access to a fitness room, a designated grilling area and a 24/7 laundry room.

    We know pets are family. Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome with approval.

    Surf Condos sits just one mile from the heart of Surf City, with the Surf City Pier, shopping and dining close by.

Quiet hours are 11 PM to 8 AM per Surf City ordinance.
Grilling is allowed only in the designated grill area (across from buildings 3 and 4), never on balconies. No glass in the pool area.
Parking is limited to 2 vehicles. Parking passes must be displayed on the rearview mirror and returned at checkout.
