"Gisela at the front desk is amazing!!! Fred, the valet, was so nice! We were there in May and absolutely loved it. So of course, we had to come back. We had another Hollywood Sign View Room, this one even better than the last room (which also had view of Hollywood Sign). The bathroom was enormous. For fans of Old Hollywood, this is the place to be. Only issue we had was connecting to WiFi, think it was due to location of room. Hotel is 3 exits from Universal Studios and one from Warner...

"Everyone was awesome, loved the view of the hollywood sign and Griffith Park. The valet and I think he was the custodian were especially awesome as our friend had car trouble and they got us some jumper cables and brought our car up and then back to the garage a few times and were very sweet about it. "

"Room was very nice! Bed was too firm for my preference due to low back arthritis. Not their fault! Shower spray was a bit weak, but otherwise the room was perfect with a great view and A/C. The staff was fabulous!! They were all so nice, friendly, and accommodating! Loved the rooftop bar!! Bartenders were great! And the area was decorated so nicely! Drinks were the BEST! Especially the Jane Birkin with cucumber! Location was excellent! Close to attractions and restaurants! Walkable! Definitely...
