This complex at 7100 Gulf Drive is well managed, impeccably maintained and has a reputation of being one of the island's best!

Enjoy the white sandy beach directly in front of the complex, soak in the recently renovated community pool, or play a game of tennis (courts have lights). The complex is on the island's free trolley route and there is a stop just up the street on 78th and Gulf Drive. The trolley makes it easy to hit up the local shops, grab a bite to eat or to just sit and enjoy the scenery as you travel the length of the island.

This 2nd floor, end unit has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and is fully furnished. The condo was updated with new flooring, granite countertops, area rugs & some new furniture in December of 2021. The main/master bedroom has a king sized bed and attached bathroom. This bathroom was renovated in October of 2019. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin sized beds and offers quick access to the second bathroom. Televisions are located in the master bedroom and living room. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need for basic cooking. The private terrace offers a glimpse of the Gulf of Mexico and is perfect for eating breakfast or enjoying a glass of wine in the evening! We have beach chairs for you to use. If you need additional chairs, you can ask the onsite property manager.

The complex has a laundry room, so it's possible to do your laundry on site. The unit has one reserved parking spot, but additional parking is available.

The condo is located at such a perfect spot on this beautiful island. The beach is so beautiful and you can set off on many fun adventures from this spot. The condo was clean and comfortable. Fritz was very helpful and we met very nice people who were staying at other units at the Nautilus. We had a fantastic time staying here

We had a great week away, and with young children, really appreciated that we were literally steps away from the beach. The hosts and property manager were super responsive and friendly, and the pool was a nice alternative to the beach. My kids are already wishing we were back!

You can’t beat the location of this place- literally steps from the beach, and half way between Bradenton and the end of AMI. Great pool, laundry on site, nice people and Fritz the manager is right there if you need anything. There is construction/renovation going on, but it didn’t bother us too much. Great place - would stay there again!

Property was taken care of well. Interior of unit was nice but could use some simple upgrades such as shower curtains, kitchen supplies, towel racks and ceiling fans. Overall it was delightful and I'd stay there again!

The place is big enough for a family of 4. Nicely decorated! The kitchen has everything you might need. Also the pool for when you just want to float and relax in a very deep pool. Love that the beach in that area is not crowded just beautiful. Love it! Can’t wait to come back.

This condo is very nicely decorated with comfy furniture. Dining table and balcony table provided ample seating. Coffee table perfect for jigsaw puzzle. Loved the walk in shower. My only suggestion would be to provide additional silverware. Only 1 dinner fork, 4 dessert forks, 5 spoons and 7 knives. We had a great time with Family and extended family. The sunsets every night were a highlight. Ann Marie is a great place to vacation.

My family returned to this condo for the second time and again had the most wonderful, relaxing experience. Clare's condo is well furnished, clean, and updated. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained by the friendly property manager, Fritz. The vibe at this place just cannot be beat; everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and pleasant. Thanks to Clare for being uber responsive and accommodating! We certainly love AMI.

Great experience with this property. This was a friends trip and it was just perfect. One bedroom with a king sized bed and one bedroom with two twins and two bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen. Clare the owner was wonderful to deal with and Fritz the property manager was very helpful. He helped us in operating the TV and also with locating different places on the island. My second trip to Anna Maria Island and looking forward to the next!

My family and I had an absolute blast on our first visit to Ana Maria Island. The condo was beautiful and spacious. The proximity to the beach was terrific and we were able to quickly run out to catch a sunset every night. The complex was clean and well taken care of. Fritz the property manager was very nice and helpful. We enjoyed being able to utilize the pool when we needed a break from the beach. The pool was clean and there were plenty of chairs to lay out and relax. The properties location was a great middle point to go between the northern end and the southern end of the island. We will definitely be back for another visit!

I may have misunderstood the heading but I thought this was on the corner of the building overlooking the ocean. It was at the back of the complex on the corner next to the tennis courts. The property manager was very responsive when we called. But I had no luck getting a response from the owner of the condo. Not sure why that is. The condo itself is in great shape. We had to buy trash bags, dish sponge, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent. We've stayed in a few VRBO's and didn't have to do this before. We did know we had to come with toilet paper and paper towels. Overall it was clean other than some hairs that were left on the closet floor in the master bedroom. There are plenty of books to read, puzzles and towels for the bath and beach. The complex stayed full the entire time we were there and at times it got very loud at the pool but calmed down a little after 10pm. Overall it was a nice, comfortable condo.

I loved the hard wood floors and the cleanliness of the property. The pool was wonderful and simple easy access to the beach made things simple and relaxing. wished for more pillows in the master and a few extra clean blankets. But the furniture and decor was perfect. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had a great stay in AMI. This property does not have a beach view but is an easy walk to the beach and the pool. The complex and the pool are both very quiet (most of the people staying there were older) but there were tons of people out on the beach if you're looking for kids and more activity. Both Clare and Fritz were wonderful and we were so thankful that they were able to be flexible on our check-in/check-out times. We will definitely be back!
