Holmes Beach beach home, carefully maintained and completely redesigned in late 2025. Italian leather sofa, curated coastal color palette, all-new furniture throughout, new windows and doors, modern appliances.

The shared pool extends partially under the home's covered area — the only unit in the area where you can swim in full shade without getting out of the water. Brand-new poolside chaise loungers, a six-top dining table under cover, and a gas grill complete the outdoor setup. The fenced yard keeps the space private.

Two bedrooms sleep five. The primary suite has a queen bed, walk-in shower, and generous closet space. The guest bedroom has a twin-over-queen bunk — a configuration that works for families with kids or two adults who want their own sleeping level. Both bedrooms are positioned away from the living area for quiet. The living room has an Italian leather sofa and an oversized smart TV.

The kitchen is designed for real cooking — modern appliances, air fryer, crock pot, full cookware and bakeware. 1-gig WiFi. Central AC. Streaming & cable TV. Shared ground-level laundry. Two covered parking spaces.
An EV charger is built in — included at no extra fee.

Under five minutes to the emerald water. Beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon provided.
Sand and Sun Unit A requires a one-week minimum stay. Not pet-friendly.

You are vacationing in a residential area, please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM.
