We are pleased to announce that our Coconuts beachfront condo is open! We didn't have any damage to our unit from the recent storms. We are grateful for the concern expressed and we wish a speedy recovery to anyone who was affected.

Beachfront Paradise 1 is a beautiful BEACHFRONT 1 bedroom retreat located directly on the Gulf of Mexico! This welcoming condo is the perfect escape for guests seeking a fantastic vacation experience. With its enchanting decor and cozy atmosphere, you'll feel right at ease from the moment you step inside. This welcoming condo is the perfect escape for guests seeking a fantastic vacation experience. The condo is located on the top floor (2nd level) with GORGEOUS, unobstructed views of the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island and Gulf of Mexico. You really can't get closer to the beach than this!! You'll have the BEST seat for nightly sunsets on the beach. The condo has been recently renovated, including luxurious coastal decor', new furnishings and linens. The full wall of sliders in the living room let in tons of natural sunlight, plus open to the stunning beach views. The updated full kitchen has sparkling white Quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, plus a Keurig coffee machine and a traditional drip coffee pot as well so you can enjoy your morning coffee from your private balcony. The bedroom features two comfortable queen beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom has gorgeous Quartz counters and a walk-in shower. Plus, take advantage of the WiFi to stay connected, and enjoy the convenience of amenities like icemaker, and the washer and dryer conveniently located INSIDE the condo for guest use. It is perfect for a long stay during winter months or shorter family vacations. The condo complex is a small resort with a community heated pool, outdoor tiki tables and both propane BBQ grills and charcoal. There's assigned by unit onsite parking and it is in centrally located in Holmes Beach close to the trolley stop. Anna Maria Island has a FREE trolley that travels the full length of the island from the Anna Maria City Pier to the north to Bradenton Beach to the south. Reserve your vacation stay today. Whether you're lounging in the living area or exploring the nearby attractions, you're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

Note: We are NOT allowing early check ins or late check outs at this time. Cleaners are taking extra time to prepare the property between each guest. Our condo has a 4 guests max - we have 2 queen beds. Please do not plan to have someone sleep on our couches.

There is ONLY ONE parking space. If you are renting a golf cart for your transportation, please request a gas-powered golf cart. There is NOT a place to charge an electric golf cart. There is not enough room to have a car (other vehicle) and a golf cart.

We offer two beach chairs, a beach umbrella and beach towels for guest use.

The place was absolutely beautiful!!! The very short walk to the beach and pool was wonderful. I little too expensive, but definitely worth every penny that we spent.

Best location!

Condo was beautiful and the location was great. Pool water was heated and nice and warm. Beautiful sunsets too. Great space for just 2 people. Anna Maria Island has lots of restaurants and beaches but remains quiet and friendly. Enjoyed it immensely.

Can't wait to visit again

We had a fantastic 3 day stay and plan to visit again. The interior design of the house is top notch, beds and couch were very comfortable, and I appreciated the extra items such as beach chairs, laundry basket and step stool. Our kids loved playing on the beach and swimming in the heated pool. Unfortunately, there was construction going on below us and at the pool. It was very loud and took away from the serenity of our stay. It would have been nice to have been informed of this prior to our stay Overall though, we couldn't have asked for a more relaxing and comfortable stay!

Amazing Views of the Gulf of Mexico

This is the perfect vacation getaway. My husband and I loved it here! The condo was nicely decorated and very clean. Couldn't have asked to be any closer to the beach on the Gulf of Mexico. We had perfect views of the Sunset every night. Kimberly was very communicative and always stayed in touch if needed.

Wonderful visit - highly recommended

In addition to being an attractively furnished space, the apartment is very comfortable and everything was spotless and like new throughout. We loved sitting/eating outdoors and found the height of the chairs a plus since they allowed you to look over the railing at the truly great view. The sunsets were incredible! The kitchen is well stocked and all the appliances worked well. Fridge had plenty of space and an ice maker and water dispenser accessible from the door, which was very convenient. The owner thought of many details – playing cards and games for example, and a few books. The living room and dining areas are roomy enough for us & quite comfortable. The chandelier over the dining table is a neat design and I loved that it dimmed, but my 6-foot fella hit his head a couple of times while arising from the bench. Maybe it could be raised a little more and still keep a balanced & functional design. Beds and bed pillows were very comfortable. One thing previously mentioned in reviews that we also found was light coming in the bedroom window from the corridor lights outside at night and in the early morning when the sun rose. There are wooden shades, but they’re in 2 sections that don’t quite come together. It’s only a little separation, but the light is bright. We put a beach towel up, easily draped over the valance, and that worked fine. The bathroom is smallish, but quite adequate with a good size tub/shower – again, very nice, like-new décor and spotless. One suggestion - it could benefit from more than one towel bar. We did not turn on the TV/media units, but did access the internet, which was up and running just fine for our needs. The area was quiet and conveniently located. It felt very safe. The beach is open to the public, but not too crowded and fairly wide so people were spaced out. The Gulf was just lovely! There were a couple of beach chairs, umbrellas and a small float in the closet and I noticed a couple of coolers. We loved our walks down the beach - soft powdery sand scattered with shells, scenic, and with different kinds of water birds around. Also, the pool was nice and at a comfortable temperature. It was never crowded and there were plenty of lounge chairs and tables/umbrellas around. All in all, we would highly recommend this apartment and would definitely consider renting again. We had an absolutely incredible stay at this condo! Gorgeously decorated with stylish, coastal touches that made it feel both luxurious and relaxing. It was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need—from kitchen essentials to beach gear. The highlight, though, was the extraordinary ocean view. Waking up to the sound of the waves and sipping coffee on the balcony with that stunning view was pure bliss. The location was perfect, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged. We can’t wait to come back!

Amazing view!!

This place has the most amazing view over looking Anna Maria island with the massive windows which is why I chose this place. Looks exactly like the picture. It was so nice coming back “home” to this place after a long day on the beach! In addition, there are a lot of family friendly games they provide as well which were so fun to play with the family!

Perfect getaway

Post hurricane reconstruction

Beautiful rental and location. HOWEVER, our host failed to mention that multiple units directly below us were undergoing major reconstruction from 8 AM for 10-12 hours daily. To disclose this in a timely manner should have been an integral component of the deal. Not happy.

Fantastic view!

The view is absolutely incredible as is the cleanliness of the property and up-to-date decor. The property is a little lacking on household supplies (toilet paper, Kleenex) so just keep that in mind and plan to buy your own at a local market. The pool area was sometimes busy with other guests (up to 15 people in that area at once as there must have been a family reunion) and then other times it was empty and easy for us to use peacefully. Having a heated pool was super nice given the colder December weather.Having a designated parking spot was also really nice.

Had a great stay. The place is as advertised. Right on the beach, very updated and nicely decorated. A little light on small items, TP, soap for washer. These are little items but need to be noted for future guests. Highly recommend
