Great for large groups

The receptionist was very friendly lady. She was helpful and kind. The room was clean and warm but it did not have a set to serve a tea. When I realized that, I was already in my pajamas. I was distracted by a strong cleaning smell when went down for breakfast buffet. Tables and chairs (with cloth cushions) were sprayed with bleach solution. I had to put a paper on my cushion so I don’t get bleach stain on my pants because by this time all chairs were bleached due to big group just finished their breakfast. Also, I did not enjoy using their silverware. It’s the ugliest silverware I have ever eaten from. It did affect the experience of eating already not to taste food. To sum up my experience I can say that the room is good, reception service is good but the dining experience is not memorable.

Siamo una famiglia di 4 persone all’arrivo abbiamo potuto prendere possesso solo di una camera perché non vi era stato fornito un secondo numero di prenotazione siamo arrivati alle 14 ma il personale iniziava il servizio alle 17 non c’è assistenza h24 come invece è scritto ambiente triste poco pulito con un odore di sigarette e ceneriere stanza poccolissima non c’è asciugacapelli né bollitore in camera menomale con 9.50 a persona fanno una colazione scarsissima molto negativo il soggiorno

À fuir absolument — une honte pour l’hôtellerie

C’était, sans exagération, la pire expérience hôtelière de ma vie. Je suis choqué qu’un établissement pareil puisse encore prétendre offrir un service professionnel. Voici ce que nous avons vécu : 1. Du premier jour jusqu’à notre départ au quatrième jour, nous avons demandé — chaque jour — du shampoing dans notre chambre. Deux employés, dont un responsable, ont reconnu que c’était inacceptable et ont promis de régler le problème. Mais rien n’a été fait. Pas une seule fois. Nous avons dû nous doucher avec seulement de l’eau pendant quatre jours. Inadmissible. 2. Nos chambres n’ont pas été nettoyées les troisième et quatrième jours. Lits défaits, serviettes sales, poubelles pleines — aucune norme d’hygiène de base n’a été respectée. 3. Aucune serviette propre n’a été fournie pendant ces deux jours. Nous avons dû réutiliser des serviettes humides et sales, et aucun membre du personnel ne nous a proposé une solution. 4. Le plafond de la salle de bain était une honte — complètement négligé, dans un état inacceptable pour tout client, surtout à ce prix. (Voir les photos.) 5. L’isolation phonique était inexistante. On entendait les voitures, les klaxons, le bruit de la rue toute la nuit, chaque nuit. Dormir était impossible. Repos zéro. 6. L’ascenseur était en panne pendant tout le séjour. Aucune excuse. Aucun signe de réparation. Juste de la négligence. Nous avons dû monter et descendre les valises sans aucune aide ni information. 7. La qualité du petit-déjeuner était inacce

La camera è essenziale ma accogliente; del tutto inesistente, invece, la pulizia: al nostro arrivo il wc e il lavandino erano sporchi (per fortuna avevano le salviette igienizzanti della lisoform)e c'era polvere ovunque nella camera da letto. Abbiamo chiesto al personale al piano se potevano passare l'aspirapolvere, ma non l'hanno fatto. Capisco il prezzo basso, ma la pulizia delle camere e dei bagni dovrebbe essere garantita.

Hôtel offrant une chambre assez spacieuse avec du rangement à l'entrée et un coin bureau. Salle de bain avec toilettes. Service de petit déjeuner à partir de 7h30 le week-end, varié avec du salé et du sucré. Parking fermé la nuit. Je recommande.
