  • The living area vast window frames the views with a woodstove and super sofas; this is the spot. There's room for everyone to help in the well-equipped kitchen and you'll find all the basics. You eat at a simple rustic table in the living area or step out to a private lawned garden at the back with table and chairs on the decking, you can stretch the summer evenings.
    Bedrooms are simple and pretty and there is a gleaming, family walk in shower room. Everything is on one level to keep it easy. Two bedrooms - one double and the other a twin
    Out at the front is the place for a glass of something if fancy watching the sand pipers and boats cruise past. It may be on a quiet housing estate , but it feels very peaceful down this quiet cul-de-sac.

This property was perfect, we really enjoyed our stay. It was spotless, decorated beautifully and the garden was great. We even chatted to the neighbours who were lovely. It was the perfect place for the dogs, who also loved it. And everything we wanted was within a few minutes drive. We took some recommendations from the guest book on places to eat that allowed dogs, I would highly recommend others do the same because they were incredible! Would definitely stay here again.
