The property was 2-storey 3-bedroom condominium. It was spotlessly clean and well-stocked with kitchen supplies. It's only 30 minutes away from St. John's, and almost $100/night cheaper. It was a perfect launching spot for sightseeing in the Avalon Peninsula. Would stay again in a heartbeat

Great place to stay - especially if you have a vehicle. It's farther away from St John's than we thought. About $100 taxi ride one way. Too much to do that very often. It is really comfortable and the neighbors are wonderful.

Best Accomodations in the Avalon

I highly recommend Comerford Oceanview Suites if you want quiet, privacy, freedom from dealing with hotel front desks. Lovely people run this place. Very friendly and accomodating. Its like home away from home. We stayed in apt 6a. It was perfect for my son and I. Very comfortable. Definitely definitely returning, the next time we come back to NL.

A good location for exploring around the bay. Clean but the 1 bedroom unit needed repainting and a bathroom upgrade. Also people on upper floor could be easily heard. But overall a good value.
