Hot tub is just a hot tub - not one with bubbles! so don't look for a button to press lol Very peaceful. "Excellent canalside location halfway between railway station and city centre. Nice upbeat vibe, with dining area sharing space with reception and bar. Room cleaning not perfect but adequate, but hotel generally very good. Initially, I had a problem with internet connection on my laptop but the duty manager duly resolved the issue with "a special code". If only all problems could be resolved like this!"
