Expansive View Passive House
- This unique passive style house is conveniently located along the view side of town overlooking Kachemak Bay, the Homer Spit, and the core of Homer itself. It embodies passive design and incredible light with floor to ceiling south facing view windows in bedrooms as well as open plan great room. It is conveniently located ½ mile from the hospital and ⅔ mile to the middle of town.
Living space is on two levels with floor to ceiling windows for bedrooms and great room.
Guest access
Guest have access to the entire living area, including 2 downstairs bedrooms and street entry as well as upstairs kitchen, living room, and 1 bedroom. 2 car garage can be available if requested. Guests also have priority to outdoor deck with grill and seating, but may share this with guests or homeowners in next door building. EV charger is also available to guests both streetside and back driveway.
