I recently had the pleasure of book two rooms (room 125 and 126) at Land’s End Resort and overall, my experience was highly positive. Upon arrival, I did encounter a minor inconvenience—my room’s refrigerator was non-functional. However, I was impressed with how efficiently the issue was resolved. After informing the front desk, the maintenance team responded promptly with a replacement refrigerator.
The technician who handled the issue demonstrated exceptional professionalism and a customer-first attitude. He was not only technically proficient but also personable and easy to engage with—an excellent representative of the resort’s commitment to guest satisfaction. In my opinion, his performance merits recognition and consideration for advancement.
Kudos to the Land’s End team for turning a potential negative into a seamless, positive experience. I look forward to returning.
