Welcome to our beautiful upstairs getaway! Condo1 is perfect for two (2) guests (1) child located in the scenic, historic district of Old Homosassa. It is equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We offer a king size bed, fold out loveseat bed, breakfast nook, waterfall shower, jacuzzi tub and more. It is located next door to the Yulee Sugar Mill Historic Ruins Monument and the Museum Cafe'. Also within a mile of the Condo is waterfront entertainment, Tiki Bars, Restaurants, live music and boat ramps, are abound for your entertainment. The Homosassa Wildlife Park is also located two miles from the condo. It is the only place in the world where you are allowed to interact with the manatees in the natural springs. The condo provides a romantic setting with a jacuzzi tub and waterfall shower for honeymooners and anniversary celebrations. The whole upstairs loft and downstairs breezeway is available for the guests vacation needs. The upstairs studio like Condo is within 1 hour from Tampa and Orlando.

Great location and nice place to stay.

The property was as described and a great location. Very clean and stocked with all the necessities. The property is located next to the Old Mill which made it very convenient for grabbing a bite to eat and a few cold ones. I would definitely stay again. As a matter of fact, I am booked for the end of June.

We enjoyed a long weekend away in this cozy studio just a few minutes walk from restaurants and shops. The burger stand downstairs is a must try as well! Made our trip to Homosassa a comfortable trip!

Loved the place , Great for a couple !! The bar is next door but the band is gone by 10 , we actual loved the bar being there good food and great atmosphere! We will definitely rent again . Host was easy to get ahold of .

Perfect place to get away.

Clean and cozy. Had everything we needed and more for an amazing getaway. Smash burgers were amazing!! We went through 20. Rick is a Rock Star!! The only bad thing is we have to work harder to loose the weight we put on lol. The place is close to everything we wanted to explore. We will most likely return.

Property was as advertised. Clean and tidy. Centrally located for our activities. Stairs were a bit hard for old folks to climb and carry up luggage. Bed was too soft and lumpy. Other than that the condo was sufficient for our needs.

Great location

Nice location close to all the good stuff in Homosassa. There is a nice dive bar with very friendly staff, great food, cheap prices, and happy locals next door. We had a lot of fun there. The main drag on the river is less than a mile away. The place was clean, bed was comfortable, enough; nothing special, but not bad. If you like your privacy there are some minor issues here. There were blinds missing on the front door and the shower had a big window with nothing to conceal your naked body. All in all, the place is totally worth the money. I felt good staying there and would stay again. They should really get some window coverings though

It was near everything we planned to do. There were restaurants within walking distance. The availability of the washer/dryer was nice. The kitchen was good, but lacked a deep bowl spoon or ladle. The seating area was uncomfortable, my suggestion remove the coffee table and have cushy seating. The bed linens should include a lightweight blanket. A clock radio would be nice. Overall we would recommend the condo to people who are able to do stairs.
