"Excellent, peaceful escape - possibly for a night or two. The bungalows are gorgeous and the bathrooms are spacious. The room was relatively clean which is also to be expected being in nature. Also have to say the Spa was incredible! Best massage and service I have had and truly worth it. Great hidden gem in an island with a beautiful pool and wonderful breakfast too. The downsides being it very limited with a bihourly shuttle boat in the afternoon/evening (which can make it quite miserable if overlap with unpredictable rain!) I found this made me wish I had only booked one or two nights as it did get frustrating having to time it perfectly to make dinners and get back. Some minor downsides and negatives but when addressed, staff were always incredibly accommodating and able to rectify."

"There were a couple of staff members that deserved special mention. Mai was always there when we needed something. She made our trip special. Also Luan she worked the front desk was very helpful with transportation and places to see and go. We had a wonderful experience at the VinPearl Empire."

"Overall a great hotel that lets itself down when it comes to looking after the beachside - I can’t understand why staff aren’t allocated to sort out the plastic and waste on the beach that’s clearly from hotel guests. Such a shame to see. Enjoyed great food at the Tropicana restaurant and breakfast was varied and high quality."
