Upon entering the home, the stunning lake views greet you from the kitchen, dining room, and living room. Step out onto the spacious deck, where you can enjoy your morning coffee while overlooking a manicured lawn that gently slopes toward the natural lakefront. The sunsets here are truly spectacular.

Designed with modern comfort in mind, Sunset Chalet boasts a fully-equipped kitchen with a gas stove and built-in oven, as well as ample dining space with a large farmhouse table that seats 10. The open-concept living area is perfect for family gatherings—whether you're watching TV, playing board games, or simply relaxing and gazing at the lake through the expansive windows. For added entertainment, the lower level features a ping-pong table for the kids, while adults can unwind by the serene lakefront.

The main level of the home includes two comfortable bedrooms—one with a queen-size bed and the other with a full-size bed—along with a full bathroom. Upstairs in the loft, you'll find a king-size bed and a full-size bed, plus another full bathroom. The lower level bedroom is a lakefront sanctuary, featuring two queen beds and sliding doors that open to a beautiful view of the water. Wake up to the tranquil sight of the lake, just steps away from your door.

Outside is where the magic happens! Spend your days lounging on the 60-foot seasonal dock, perfect for sunbathing, fishing, or launching a kayak. The carefully maintained beach area, with its 14 weed mats, is ideal for swimming or simply relaxing by the water's edge. As the sun sets, gather around the wood fire pit for s'mores and enjoy the soothing sound of the waves lapping at the shore.

The morning hours are peaceful and calm, offering an ideal time for kayaking or canoeing on the glass-like water while you watch herons and owls soar above. The tranquil surroundings make this the perfect spot for outdoor enthusiasts or those simply seeking relaxation.
